The company sells official Apple products in Bulgaria and is an authorized Premium Reseller. However, its online store service is terrible. I paid for an item, the money was debited, and no one informed me when the order would be delivered. Not only are delivery times not provided, but the online store's customer support phone line goes unanswered for weeks. They need to learn how to communicate with customers and provide at least estimated delivery times. Instead, they remain silent, despite having already taken my money.
