​Extremely unprofessional and poorly informed service.
I visited iStore Algarve Shopping for a warranty claim on my AirPods 4 (engraved by Apple). The staff was suspicious of the product's authenticity simply because they didn't recognize official engraving. Furthermore, they provided incorrect legal information, claiming the warranty is only 2 years when Portuguese law (DL 84/2021) mandates 3. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me €89.50 for a replacement under warranty and refused immediate service because the technician was "on holiday." Avoid this location if you expect expert Apple support.

I booked a battery replacement through…

I booked a battery replacement through Apple’s official website and, upon arrival, was informed the battery was not in stock and that full prepayment was required to order it. When notified, I came to the store; they accepted my phone but did not perform the repair, stating that Find My had not been disabled, which had not been verified before intake. They refused to provide a specific appointment time and told me to come between 10:00 and 17:00 and wait depending on engineer availability. Despite no repair being performed, they removed my screen protector. A few days later, they stated that that day was the “last day” for repair and that otherwise the battery would be returned to Apple, contradicting the prior agreement. I requested a full refund for the prepaid service that was not delivered. Although the payment was eventually refunded, the situation required multiple unnecessary visits, consumed a significant amount of my time, and resulted in the removal of my screen protector without any service being provided.

Bad Customer Service

Hi
Just bought a Mac from iStore.
I have sent several requests by email , chat and in the site to have the invoice in company name and NIF, but no answer and the invoice was sent with wrong data.
This is not a good customer service. Not even a reply on the chat which is supposed to be a fast channel.

I ordered an iPhone from iStore and…

I ordered an iPhone from iStore and paid through Klarna. It’s been 6 days since the supposed delivery date, and I still haven’t received anything. Klarna told me to wait another week, but I really hope the refund process through them will be easier, because at least Klarna has real customer support and people who respond. Very disappointing experience so far.

company sending out goods,branded as real companies yet mine was faulty.All communication is I believe delivered by AI bots.Their company address is a believed known bot address.They claim to be some sort of authorised APPLE ACCESSORY seller but dont believe to be true.NOTHING about them seems to be honest .Buyer take caution and beware .Any communication seems to be responded by a bot .You can get some information on companies website about the owner - company only just started recently this year

Probably the worst service I have ever received
Despite requesting a refund of replacement of faulty goods 8 days after purchase they are completely ignoring or at best not understanding EU rules
Please everyone avoid purchasing from I store at all costs 😞

DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am beyond frustrated at this point. I purchased a MacBook, 20th of November and till today, I have not received it. The confirmation email said 2-5 working days, and today is the 10th day. I am unable to work because I have no laptop to use, moreover, their customer service does not know anything about my order not the whereabouts of it. This is terrible and at this point, I deserve a full refund.

Impossible to cancel and have money back !

They want to sell additional insurances and warranties (super expensive ones). They refuse to cancel purchase, even if there is no stock available.

The customer service doesn't do anything and their replies have nothing to do with the emails that we send.

I want the cancel of the purchase, it's my right, the money back, it's my right.

So many complains on the Portal da Queixa. That's a shame.
