DREADFUL HORRENDOUS company
DREADFUL HORRENDOUS company! Was told job would take 2 wks, took 4-5 months! WITH NO WORKING BATHROOM! Outside guys were good & pleasant but inside chap was AWFUL, RUDE & UNPLEASANT. Very bad finishing, doubt even trained to do half the jobs, talked to me like something on the bottom of his shoe, broke a window, never replaced, took brand new copper piping out of loft without even asking & put cheap pushfit in it's place, SUCH A SHODDY JOB CAN'T EVEN INSULATE LOFT CORRECTLY NOW! Would have plastered a dangerous wobbling wall to cover it up had I not known better, FLOORING is coming up & needs replacing, charged for jobs they didn't do, TOILET NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, DOESN'T FLUSH PROPERLY & FILLER KEEPS BREAKING, NEEDS REPLACING, the stress literally made me ill! Didn't seal pipes correctly, list is endless..........DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE! Have refused POST WORK to CORRECT ALL THE SNAGGING & guarantee their works, going to Ombudsman & writing to M.P. Loads of photos, make your own minds up! Photos available!
