Scam or Fraud? No, just poor service
This company seems to be a scam, as their email addresses do not work, their phone is not answered during business hours and just hangs up on us after prompting us to leave a message, and the contact form page on their website does not exist.
EDIT: After posting several reviews, the company did reach out to us, and promised several things. After numerous reminder emails which they never answered, they did refund our money, but never completed what they promised. Therefore I must recommend against using this company, but am adjusting this review as I promised.

We need to correct several inaccurate statements in this review.
This business subscribed to a paid directory listing in November 2025, and the listing remained active and visible for multiple months. During that time, the listing was shown to homeowners and received ongoing views and clicks, allowing customers to find and contact the business.
We did receive an email inquiry on February 3, 2026, and responded by email. No email delivery failures occurred.
Our phone number and email are operational during posted business hours. Calls placed outside of business hours receive a standard closed-office message with the option to leave a voicemail. No voicemail was received.
Our website does not use a contact form. Instead, it provides direct contact information (email and phone), both of which are functional and publicly listed.
We have already responded privately and encourage the reviewer to continue the conversation by email so the matter can be addressed appropriately.
