I just love the wide breadth of new and innovative startup investments Cur8 brings to my attention and the ease of investing which I haven’t been able to do on my own as a busy professional. I am happy with this IFG investment…
I am happy with this IFG investment app, Cur8, and their contribution to targeting the need for Muslim's to have options for investment without compromising on their faith. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is due to some delay in the deployment of funds. This needs to be worked out to deploy funds quickly and have on-time dividends.

Emailed Cur8 several times (9th and…
Emailed Cur8 several times (9th and 23rd June, also through online form) quering when to expect the EIS certificate since it's not on the platform. One would expect some sort of response, even if it's letting me know that someone will investigate or let me know when to expect it. Unfortunately it doesn't seem anyone bothers, 13 weeks later still no response.
Update:
I was contacted by the Head of Operations who responded to my queries and assured me the oversight will be investigated and improvements will be put in place to avoid it happeninig in the future - with aim to respond within 24 hours.

We always welcome feedback and appreciate negative experiences being brought to our attention as we’re constantly working to improve.
As I mentioned in our call, this was due to a number of team members moving out of the Operations team, and the threading structure of our inbox which meant your email was marked as ‘read’ due to later emails coming through in the same chain.
We’ve since discussed this internally and have implemented changes such as auto-forwarding and out of offices set up when team members transition out of teams. We have also removed the threading structuring from our inbox.
Our sincere apologies to you for not getting back to you promptly.
I’m glad we’ve now filled you in with the status update you were seeking.
The standards our team now work to are to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. We look forward to continuing to serve you with great investment opportunities and request that you keep providing feedback on our experience so that we can continue driving our service to new levels.
