I booked Isla Blooms for my wedding this year after seeing all their amazing photos & been told by them that they could do everything I asked for which was not the case.

I paid nearly £1500 for everything to be very poorly done & have broken unsuitable decor. They were even shocked & agreed themselves how bad it was when I sent the photos even saying they don’t know where they have dug them from. They used large, dirty, scuffed columns held together with tie wraps that could be seen all down the sides instead of the vases I was promised as my centre pieces. They also used another two different types of vases as my centre pieces so it looked awful them all being odd. The arrangements were placed off centre on top of the vases. Some sides of the flowers had the wrong colour scheme added & some had no colour scheme added at all, so they looked very unprofessional & poorly arranged. The wrong colour scheme was used throughout. They provided the wrong neon sign then replaced it with the correct one which was broken & flickered on & off throughout the day. My guest were forced to wait outside our room as the decorations were not completed & laid across the floor. When we were sat down eating our meal they were in & out of the room still completing the decor. The welcome sign was worded incorrectly, spelt wrong & wonky. There has been emails backwards & forwards contradicting themselves & excuse after excuse made, now I am being ignored & no refund has been given. I would be very wary if you have a up-and-coming event booked in with them and I would advise to even lose your deposit if you don’t want your day ruined as mine was.

Would not recommend this company at all.
Paid £650 for my wedding reception party decor and did not receive what I paid for -
120 chair sashes (I received 60)
Floating candle centerpieces (I received a tacky alternative that I did not approve of)
X6 outdoor lanterns (I got 2 that were placed indoors)
A balloon arch- which I paid extra for (did not receive)

When I messaged the company on Facebook regarding these issues, I was given excuse after excuse.

-partner is in bed unwell so had to send other people to do the decor (not my problem, I paid for a service)
-it was my fault for changing the decor (which I didn't, I just added extra on and approved the decor list the week before the party)

In addition to this, I ordered a floral centerpiece for my top table- I was initially told that I could not be sent pictures of previous ones they had done as they only make them on-site in accordance with the size of the top table.
I messaged the DAY BEFORE my wedding to confirm this floral arrangement delivery. Only to be told that they won't deliver as it is 'a bit far to drive' and I would therefore have to collect!

Contradicting themselves constantly!

So unprofessional. Only use this company if you want sub-par decoration that is nothing like what you ordered. Absolute joke.
