I was moved to this provider sometime…

I was moved to this provider sometime ago after the previous one was suspended. I was not consulted on this transfer.
iSipp also known as iPensions group have not particularly impressed me at all. The amount that has been transferred has been swallowed up in charges. There reasons are not transparent. What is even more worrying is that I am told my account is frozen and I cant opt out or move. It all sounds very dishonest to me. I do NOT recommend this company

ISIPP Still having Problems

Recently Transferred out of this scheme. They are a small company recently formed by IPension Group. Had a number of issues when transferring into the scheme, Incorrect information, took a long time to deal with issues. Very limited fund choices, decided to transfer out experienced more issues, couldn't sell a fund took them nearly 2 months to transfer my funds to my new provider. Raised a complaint to them the response was 'They told me about the problems and 2 months is not a long time to transfer out'. would appear to be a very small inexperienced team.
