Epic in every way

Great alcohol-free gin! I love it for my G&T

I never received the other package and the first one was damaged and few of the cans were crashed.

The spirits are great and give very authentic feel to coctails. Delivery was very reasonably priced and fast.

Everything was perfect! We got the agave, rum, and gin. Excellent mixers for cocktails.

They make non alcoholic drinks fun! My personal favorite is the spritz

The team onsite is awesome and most helpful. Before the event at the facilities, there was a handheld process to find the right spot for our groups needs. Booking was easy because of the people on the other side, via phone or email. To engage again. A sure recommendation.

Great service when issues with shipping to Germany arose.

The taste is great and you can be part of the party without getting drunk. The ”rum”, the ”teguila” the G&T, Daiquiri and the Spritz taste like alcohol which is perfect for the ”real” experience. I recommend.

One of the best non-alcoholic red wines. Really great taste, you can taste the natural ingredients. Highly recommendation!!!

I really like the flavors that you created. The first time I tried ISH Tonic was just by coincidence because I bought it at Albert H. here in The Netherlands, but I was immediately hooked by the amazing taste! So since then, every single week I buy my weekly ISH drink! At the last shop, I went crazy because it's my birthday and baby shower this Saturday, sooooo... I am an ISH gurl! You got me, guys! :)

Very good wine but a lot of problems with the international delivery. They didn't deliver and we had to call around all the GLS offices in the east of Sicily and go to 3 different pickup storages to de able to pick up the parcel. Very bad service and impossible to contact someone and no help from ISH.

Great assortment, very fast shipment within DK! We've now tried several brands for 0.0% beverage choices and the ISH ones are by far the closest to the 'real deal' for our liking, they provide a solid alternative to alcoholic beverages that don't make you feel like you're missing out on anything.

Well what can i say, i thought i would try lime daiquiri oh my goodness i love it so ordered more for the fridge plus the winter drinks pack as the rumish was out of stock.

Ordered some nonalcoholic joy, as I know it from living in Denmark, for my family in the alcoholic kingdom of Czechia, and was super surprised by the quick delivery. Ordered on Wednesday, and Friday before noon it was already there 🤩 And they love it now, too! 🥂

The products are fantastic, and until recently I enjoyed them. However, since several months I am unable to order the products. Swedes are (for unknown reason) no longer allowed to buy from ISH's online store. Instead, ISH say we should buy from Delitea.se. However, Delitea.se does not have any ISH products whatsoever in store, and do not allow their customers to place orders on products not in store (!). This has been the situation since more than 3 months now.

I have multiple times reached out to ISH and informed about the inability for Swedes to buy their products. It would be so easy for ISH to deliver directly to Swedish customers, as they did so before, and as they currently deliver directly to customers in most other European countries. However, ISH has not bothered to solve the problem.

I have also contacted Delitea, who says they have tried re-stocking the ISH products but after several weeks still not received shipment from ISH.

I find it astonishing that ISH develops a great product, and makes significant efforts of marketing it (also in Sweden!), but does not bother to actually let willing customers buy the product.

EDIT, AFTER I RECEIVED RESPONSE FROM ISH:

Indeed, there is a .se domain where Swedes are allowed to order. I didn't know that. I wonder how long it has been there. Apparently the customer was supposed to guess (!) that there is a .se domain also. (Or click the Swedish flag, but that normally means getting a badly translated version of the site, so I would never click a Swedish flag on a web site well written in English.)

Before I posted the review I contacted ISH twice about the issue of not being able to place an order to Sweden. The responses where just "sorry it isn't possible", so obviously ISHs own customer service was (as was I) unable to guess that there is an .se domain available.

I maintain the one star rating, because of the apparent total lack of focus on the customer web experience. Even though, as previously noted, the products are great.

it taste great - much preferred to soda or juice when it comes to finding an alternative to alcohol. Probably the best non-alc option there is!

Excelent customer service. Package delivered a day after placing an order. Products are amazing- love the spirits and sparkling wine. Would give 6 stars if there was such an option.
