My consultant should have researched her client and the fit candidate-client much better and given a truthful representation of what the client was prepared to offer. The result was that an 8 months maternity cover contract with a salary of up to £65K plus bonus and full company benefits turned out to be in fact a contract of only 3 months, at £8K less, with no bonus included and benefits reduced to private pension only. The fit was extremely poor due to the client's shortcomings in terms of management, new joiner training and premises. A very disappointing experience overall.

ISE were very informative and supportive throughout the recruitment process. If you have hesitated in the past at having a recruiter I would fully recommend ISE they change my views and expectations of a recruitment agent.

Rebecca really understood her clients on both sides of the relationship, the employer and the candidate. I found Rebecca to be supportive, communicating well and ensuring that the interview process flowed well and kept its pace. Any employer would be pleased to have her on their recruiting team and any candidate thrilled to have Rebecca promoting them.

ISE Partners have been amazing at communication at every stage of the application process for any of the roles they have put me forward for. There was never a time that I felt that there was a question to simple or too silly. Their response time was amazing and if they could, they would call you back to have a quick chat, which was always followed up with an emailed confirmation of what was discussed on the phone.

They also take the time to get to know their candidates and I've never felt like I was just a name or a number. The roles they put me forward for were always excellent fits and were opportunities that showcased what I felt my strengths.

I would recommend anyone working with ISE Partners when looking for their next opportunity. I felt very valued and looked after. You're in exceptionally safe hands!

I recently came onboard with ISE partners. At first I was very apprehensive as I had never been through an agency before or ever done temp work. However I can honestly say that ISE have been so helpful in finding me a great job and they always check in where needed. It’s so east to communicate with them. I also had issues with my personal laptop and needed one urgently for work. The agency were so helpful in getting one sorted for me with no issues at all. I had joined a few of what I had considered 'high end' agencies and went for a number of interviews before stumbling upon ISE.
I was assigned to ISE's books virtually as we had just gone into lock down but I felt like they really took the time with me to gain a sense of me and my working style and really listened to what I was looking for within my next move.
ISE managed to secure me an interview with a very well know firm in my sector during the lock down period meeting all my pre-requisites, kept me in loop and up to date during the process of interviewing and even increased the salary on my behalf than what was originally on the table once I had been offered the role - which I never asked them to do. Great constructive feedback throughout and clearly trusted experts within their field. THANK YOU :). Special mention to Megan who was awesome throughout.
