We've been really impressed with this…

We've been really impressed with this karaoke system and are happy with the purchase thus far. With this system, the song selection has been excellent. It has all the latest English and Chinese songs we've looked for, and the catalog of older songs is just as strong. So far, we haven't come across anything we wanted that wasn't available.

The initial setup and connection were pretty straight forward and took 30-40 mins to put it together.

I am not a big fan of the subscription model due to ongoing cost but the ability to get updated songs is worth it.

Overall, it's a fantastic karaoke system with an impressive library, reliable performance, and excellent customer support. Highly recommended.

ISEE Karaoke system is awesome

ISEE Karaoke system is awesome. The quality of the music videos are amazing. It has a huge and up to date song selection and in a variety of different languages to choose from. It is exactly as if you were singing in the karaoke room. If you enjoy singing, I would highly recommend you to get his system.

Customer service was amazing and fast

Customer service was amazing and fast. They got back to any question I had super quick and let me know once my package was sent out for delivery. I just got my unit and it is amazing! Highly recommend Isee karaoke!

A vast collections of Cantopop songs…

A vast collections of Cantopop songs and most updated songs as well. Tech support is responsible and attended to my set up issues immediately. They are also expert in troubleshooting my soundboard setup.

The best karaoke service in the world!

I have nothing but great things to say about ISEE Karaoke - their machines are reasonably priced; their song selection is unmatched and their customer service is unparalleled in terms of timeliness and effectiveness. They’ve answered all of my troubleshooting problems and are extremely patient. Hands down the best karaoke service in the world.

My comments

1. The Christmas pop songs are not enough. For example winter wonderland, feliz navidad, happy Christmas war is over, Christmas time, do they know it's Christmas time. Do you hear what I hear. It's the most wonderful of the year.
2. It can't search or sort the songs by alphabet or numbers of words.
3. In the song list page, the English subtitles should be used. For example, 福音詩歌should be written as Christian songs and 法語歌should be used French songs etc.
4. I appreciate you have different types of songs, e.g Christian songs, kid's songs

Not satisfied with instructions

The shipping was really fast, and I really like the product.
However, the setup guidance is quite unclear and not step-by-step. It took me a lot of time trying to figure out which steps I might have missed—it honestly felt like a waste of time.

The instructions should be much clearer. There isn’t even a physical guide included with the ISEE Essentials, so I had to search online by myself. I’m not satisfied with this experience, and it seems like I might also be missing one USB receiver for the microphone connection, which means I can’t use my microphone right now.

Installation of ISEE Essential

Aside from the time difference, the what’s app responds is excellent. The technical support is very responsive and willing to ensure the proper adapters are provided for a smooth connection. The instruction videos make the installation process look easy but that has not been my experience. After I get the ISEE Essential set up I am going to do my own installation video on YouTube to help others avoid the missteps and frustration I experienced.

When I received the ISEE Essential…

When I received the ISEE Essential Karaoke box, I was pleasantly surprised by its compact size—just 8 inches by 5 inches. It fits easily next to the TV. Since I also purchased two wireless microphones, there was no need for extra wiring, which keeps the whole setup neat and tidy—definitely a solution my wife won't complain about!
The back of the machine includes an additional microphone input, so if needed, you can add a third wireless mic, making it possible for up to three people to sing at once.
Setting up the system was very straightforward—just follow the manual, and everything is ready to go. After downloading the app, you can control the system using your smartphone or tablet. The song selection interface is intuitive and user-friendly, with a wide variety of songs available in both English and Chinese. What’s especially impressive is that for some popular songs, the system offers multiple versions by different artists, letting users pick their favorite rendition.
There’s also a QR code on the screen, making it easy for visiting friends to scan and join in—selecting songs and jamming together, which really enhances the group karaoke experience.
If you run into any issues, the Help function in the app allows you to leave a message, and customer support will respond the next day. This level of after-sales service is truly satisfying, taking away any technical headaches and allowing me to focus on simply enjoying the fun of karaoke.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this ISEE Karaoke box.

ISEE karaoke review

The entire purchase process is smooth and professional. The team ensure if an additional converter is required to have a proper connection between amplifier and the karaoke machine before sending the product to the customer.

Extensive and Up-to-Date Song Selection

The song/artist selection is easily the most extensive I’ve seen in any East Asian place—Taiwanese, HK, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Western, etc. The Western song selection is also very up-to-date!

P.S. Some Japanese songs have lyrics spelled out phonetically in roman script! So, for those who want to belt out ‘A Cruel Angel’s Thesis’ but don’t have it memorized or can’t read Japanese, you’re in luck!
