For God's sake you dumbasses, it's a url shortener. They don't send the spam emails, scammers just use them. They use tinyurl and bitly as well. And all the other url shorteners. They're not scammers, they're just used by scammers. It's like beating up your postman for delivering a bill. This isn't hard to understand, you morons.
