Kelly Allen is an asset to Irrigreen
My experience with Kelly was nothing less than fabulous. I have been working with her for almost 3 years designing redesigning reconfiguring fine-tuning getting ready to install my yard as she patiently dealt with my difficulty and speed bumps in my life that postpone my ability to be able to actually purchase so after about 2 1/2 years, we were able to purchase our system and we will be installing at this summer.

The tech is promising but the execution is poor. it is inconsistent and leaves areas un-watered between the nozzles.

Irrigreen in North Alabama
I purchased my Irrigreen system in the summer of 2025. I installed the system in mid-September, late in the growing season for North Alabama. The DIY install went well, aside from the trenching process in Alabama clay. (If doing this again I would have rented a more robust machine from Home Depot.) My property is about 6,600 sq ft that needs irrigation. I have 6 Irrigreen sprinkler heads covering 3 sides of my home, with an additional 4 traditional sprinkler heads on the side of the house where the A/C unit and trash & recycling bins are stored behind a 4' tall- three sided fence (as per HOA rules). Too narrow and choppy of a pattern for an Irrigreen sprinkler head. All together I have 6 traditional zones. One servicing these 4 heads and five drip zones for front and back yard tree and garden beds. I was amazed that the Irrigreen Controller Box accepted these traditional sprinkler zones with no fuss at all. They all work as "one big happy family". I initially had one electrical error code in one sprinkler head which work itself out prior to shutting the system down for winter in late October. Starting the system up again this spring in mid-March was seamless. I was surprised how well the sprinkler heads maintained their programming into the spring and had only minor tweaks to the spray patterns I had programed last fall. I absolutely love the Irrigreen App and can customize the system from my phone if I am standing in my yard watching the action or a thousand miles away on a trip. Customer service has been great from the initial order placement to ordering an extra cable that I missed when planning my system. So far, I am please with the investment. I am excited to see how the system performs in the first full season of hot Alabama summers. I so look forward to NOT having to move the manual sprinklers this year to keep the lawn green and full. That time saving feature alone is worth the investment!!

Design of the heads is not good
Design of the heads is not good. Wiring is an absolute nightmare, being a professional irrigator for over 12 years I do not recommend their products. Only if they can get their kinks worked out. I replaced two heads for a customer that was on their 3rd set of wiring!! Decent concept but not practical in a professional setting.

The ease of installation and use!…
The ease of installation and the precision of the stream are simply unmatched. Since I just started using the system, I have not been able to evaluate water consumption, but it clear that there is waste of water.
It is very clean, and of high quality.

I live in Northwest Ohio
Over the last 3 or 4 years I have watched as Irrigreen Computer Controlled Irrigation Systems became available. In that time there was little, to no negative response to this system. In most cases I would never purchase the first run of anything that hadn't been field tested. Last summer I made the decision to install an Irrigreen 3 System. This was/is a DIY project, it involved 7 Irrigreen 3 Heads. Late last summer into the fall I ran the supply lines and electrical. I made the decision last fall to wait until spring to place the heads. So far I've been very impressed with the attention to detail, from the packaging, how they connect the electrical, the plastic parts design and quality, and the service department. I live in Northwest Ohio, Its the first week in April, I just set the 4 heads in my front yard.
Weather permitting the 3 in the back yard when the monsoon’s stop. In the world we now live in, I don't have a lot of faith in the products I buy. Every interaction I've had with Irrigreen so far has been positive. If your thinking about an irrigation system take a good long look at Irrigreen!

It works like it should and I am very pleased.
I was told I needed over 40 heads to water my sod and I use two and the installation was as expected.
I tell many people about it including landscape professionals. I have had them come over to look at the operation and it is very impressive.
Thank you
DT
Couldn’t find an installer
Couldn’t find an installer. Two said not to use it because of numerous problems. Ended up paying less to have a regular one installed. Very disappointing.
Looks cool but...
It was definitely not a DIY. A couple of the 2 heads don't put out water to the same capacity as the others. So I still have to get the hose out to water areas of the yard.

Not worth the money or frustration
I was really excited when I purchased the system purchasing. It was easy and it shipped relatively quickly. My sales person was an absolute joke. He would call me and immediately hang up. I’m pretty sure it was just to log a call or something on his end that he reached out to me. I would call him back and when he did answer, he asked if there was anything he could help with and I would explain that he just called me lol. With regards to the system installation was great. Instructions are great. My problem with the system is super sensitive to water pressure even if I lower the pressure on my valve going to the heads depending on the time of day it will either over shoot by two or 3 feet or will water short by two or 3 feet. It never waters exactly where you say. Its not even close. I would not recommend the system. I would not buy it again and I waste more water now trying to get the system set up or coming home and seeing that it watered my entire fence or that it has only water partial of the yard. I ended up buying a separate old-fashioned rainbow sprinkler just to keep my yard watered properly last Do not buy, given the chance again I would not buy it.

I didn't receive all of the product I bought. Not a good look when you are looking at competitors for the same price with installations. I still have to install yet!

Walked me through
Walked me through, step by step and I must have called several times and I was never rushed. I can't wait to use my system this season.
