Charged in USD when advertised as AU

After advertising the product in au I was charged three times the amount through PayPal as it went through as USD. When the products arrived only one is genuine as advertised the other two are imitation. That truly confuses me as it clearly shows they are ripping their customer off.

This company should not be taken seriously!

This firm should not be taken seriously. I also don't understand where Trustpilot (as the only one) got positive revews from? I bought 2 camping gas burners. The couplings of both burners on the gas cylinders do not fit. So I don't have anything to do with it, but I did pay € 60.00 for it. They refuse to take any responsibility and offer 7USD and after some email exchanges 12USD (a tip) as compensation? What good are two gas burners that don't do what is promised on their website? They suck to me. So I didn't receive the right products. And what good is a tip of 7 to 12USD? Every webshop should take back defective products within 8 days and refund the purchase price. Even if I wasn't satisfied, they would have to do so according to the law. Every webshop knows this. I refuse to accept this!

This is exactly the reaction I've been getting for months.
I can write that I have the feeling that my emails are being read by a computer and are also being answered by a computer.
I can write that I am now tired of trying to teach them that the products I purchased do not work.
It makes no sense because they always respond with standard "answers". !!!

The service is ZERO because they can't read and because they can't think.
What a crap company!!!

It is now April 2025.
I have received a response to my review on Trustpilot in which they write:"

So I sent an email in which I once again state my complaint.

Then I did this a few more times.
