To deposit and take your money if everything is very easy and very fast, invest my 500 dollars with a lot of effort and I already consider them lost when they saw that I was not going to release more money they blocked me. I can not access my account.
Depositing was easy, but getting my $1200 back is a nightmare. They keep rejecting my utility bills saying the "quality is low" even though I sent high-res PDFs. It’s been 3 weeks and 5 rejections. They just don't want to let the money go. 2 stars only because the platform technically works, but what's the point if you can't cash out?
My assigned manager was extremely pushy. He kept calling me to "top up" for a "guaranteed" gold trade. I followed his advice and my account was wiped out in two hours. When I asked for an explanation, he started shouting that I didn't have enough margin and needed to deposit MORE to save the position. This is a classic boiler room scheme. Total scam.
