Terrible Terrible service...

Terrible Terrible service.... trying to access account, but cant login, reset password, nothing,, waiting 4 days now for a response from a support ticket... meantime my site and emails are offline....
avoid at al costs

I would leave a zero star rating if…

I would leave a zero star rating if possible! Have left my 2 companies without emails for over 48hrs which has lost us a huge amount in revenue. They have given false promises during this period but have still not rectified the issue. this is the second time in 2 weeks that this has happened. Their phone lines have been cut off on purpose and there is no way to contact this company. Avoid at all costs.

Our emails and website have been down…

Our emails and website have been down for over 24 hrs at this stage. We were told originally they would be back up and running at 11.30am this morning & this didn’t happen.
They put the phone line onto answering machine mode & they didn’t advertise on their news page to say that there were problems or update customers with what is happening.
They still haven’t answered my support ticket.
Not only have we not been able to quote and receive orders for this period of time. The website SEO will be affected and will take me 36 hrs of work to get it back on page one after weeks of flow through.
This has cost us as a business thousands of pounds with lost orders and staff wages.
On the 26th of April we lost 1 day and that was bad enough, so for this to be repeated with zero customer services, not fit for purpose.
We can’t even move to another host until emails have been updated & we are still waiting.

The notify you by email that your…

The notify you by email that your domain is expiring and the will charge your card accordingly.

I replied to this email saying not to do so, but they took the funds anyway.
I have asked for a refund and they have so far, refused, on the grounds that their notification email does not accept replies.

Zero contact and zero customer service.
Stay away.

Terrible experience for specialists

Their old interface at irishdomains.ie was unintuitive for managing purchased domains and DNS. In their new website they managed to mess it up again - it took half an hour to figure out how to add DNS records. Support is non-responsive. In addition, when they moved their customers to the new website they did not move their DNS records which now have to be re-configured from scratch. If you choose this provider, sooner or later you will have trouble with them. There are better providers out there.

Poor service

I have been trying to get help regarding my website with this company. I got really poor service. You ring up accounts and a guy from tech support answers you. He is less than helpful and asked me to ring back. I suggested he should take my details and get back to me. I sent emails that have not been responded to. I wanted to end my hosting and it was just around 16 days after I purchased the product. Other web providers give around 30 day cooling off period. I wouldn't purchase off these guys again. Their customer support if poor and their cooling off period is too short.
