Great service

ordered 9 plants. Got 1 extra for free. Delivery window beginning of July was exactly as described at the order day on May. Great quality packaging and plants look good. Will definitely order again

Have had beautiful plants in the past…but ...

Have had beautiful plants in the past from this company, of a size to flower the following year. Not this time. The plants were so small they would fit into a 9cm pot (and at £10 each that's very expensive). They are too small to survive a winter planted out and even if I can get them through, slug snacks that they are, it will be a good three years before they flower. I'm too old to wait that long. Very very expensive and lousy service, no response to my complaints. There are plenty of good Iris nurseries in England - who will be getting my orders in future.

No communication, no bulbs - AVOID!

Having seen beautiful Irises from this company on television, I decided to place an order for some bulbs back in late Summer 2020. The website displayed a delivery window showing the latest delivery time of end of November. We are now in mid December and the company have not responded to four emails asking for information about my order so I assume my money has been lost. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to these beautiful flowers, especially as they had come so highly recommended on television. Their lack of communication is troubling. If there had been a mistake I would have been happy to have received my order next year instead but they seem to ignore requests for information. AVOID this company at all costs!

Avoid

Awful. Avoid Placed an order. Lots of DPD notices about delivery. Difficult to get a rapid response or sensible reply. No goods and no return of money. I will be writing to the Royal Horticultural Society to warn them to place a notice in their Monthly Magazine that UK Customers must avoid this Company
