I called today to get a company windscreen fixed. I spoke to a very helpful young lady who guided me on the process of how to make a claim. She was very helpful with all the information she provided me and she made the process very easy and straight forward. Thank you very much I revolution claims.

A more incompetent insurance management…
A more incompetent insurance management group you couldn’t find, they work with Winn solicitors just as incompetent. Even with all the incident details dash cam footage, a police prosecution against the third party, it still took over 18months to settle a claim. If that wasn’t enough, another non fault claim and they went into hiding, closing a new claim because they were asked, “who they were?and why they were duplicating information?”
I would recommend and suggest they’re given a wide birth… they’re not interested in the inconvenience the injured party incurs.

Appalling service was dealt with by Simon curry closed my case after 11 months of a hit and run case as they couldn’t get third party to accept fault, at one point he asked me to contact third party personally and see if they can give me driver details which was strange request. I’m sure they couldn’t make any money as I wasn’t claiming injury that’s why they just didn’t bother with this. It’s very very very appalling service. I don’t know why we are paying Insurance every year for
