ITCTC is looting the common people. You can never book tatkal tickets. They purposly block users from booking the tickets displaying some connection error. And by chance if you get out of it, if you try booking the ticket goes into the waiting list where they charge 60rs as convinience fee which is not refundable. Why the hell they charge the fees if we dont get confirmed tickets, just another way of looting people. better to give that charge to an agent for booking atleast they can provide confirm tickets. The most unnoticed fraud happening with people.

I am traveling from alappuzha to thane in train no.16346 and I have experience worst in my lif, around it almost 3 hr late.
I have to catch my another train at 8 pm from Kalyan I am worried if I will miss my train. Indian railways are not any more any puntchul on there schedule timings for their trains.
I have travelled in same train on 5th Feb 2025 from thane to alappuzha and it also same 2.5 hr late running.

I would like to file a complaint against the Ticket Examiner (TT) on my train journey.
I had booked 2 confirmed seats, but during the journey the TT did not give me both seats. He asked for extra money, even though I already had a valid ticket. In spite of paying the full fare, I was not provided proper service and faced inconvenience.
The behavior of the TT was unprofessional and unfair. This caused mental stress and discomfort during my journey. Such actions are not acceptable and damage the trust of passengers in Indian Railways.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take strict action against the concerned staff. I also request a refund/compensation if applicable.
