I tried asking for a refund - silence.Weeks later still nothing. It`s like shouting into a void

the worst part is that their contact form doesn`t even work i filled it out twice, never got a response and it feels intentional

even the contact form looks fake, i never got a confirmation

it`s shcking how a professional iq test site ignores users once payment is made. no replies at all

i didn`t like anything about using the app, but especially the rude attitude of their staff towards users!

customer service seems like it doesn`t exist at all no matte how many times you write you get silence

support here is basically non-existent
i sent multiple requests through their contact form and by email but never got a single reply
