My daughter Nadeen has been with IQRA…
My daughter Nadeen has been with IQRA for over a year, and I couldn't be happier with her experience. The platform is easy to use, and her teacher, Ustadha Rahaf, is fantastic. There's nothing better than seeing a student who enjoys their class and looks forward to it.
Even when the teachers are on long holidays, a substitute teacher is provided so Nadeen doesn't miss out on her progress. Ustadha Nouran has been amazing as well.
Nadeen has learned all the basic and fundamental concepts of Islamic studies, including ethics, as well as reading, speaking, and writing in Arabic with native speakers from top educators.

Great experience
I have been learning Tajweed with the IQRA Network to improve my Quran recitation, and my experience so far has been exceptional. The platform is well-organized, and their commitment to quality education is clear from the very beginning.
One of the aspects I appreciate the most is their punctuality and professionalism. Classes always start on time, and the scheduling is very consistent and convenient. They have also been very considerate and flexible when it comes to any special needs or changes in schedule.
My teacher deserves special mention. He is not only highly knowledgeable but also devoted and patient. His teaching style is engaging, and he takes great care to ensure I understand the rules of Tajweed correctly, helping me apply them with confidence in my recitation.

We have become a part of Iqra Network family since 2022 and we are happily continuing to be with them.I am grateful for the support Iqra Team always provides us with whatever help we need. I have been studying on the IqraNetwork platform for 8 months now. What I like the most is communication between the teachers and students. I enjoy each lesson and that my knowledge is developing by practicing. Teachers encourage and always help so that the student takes as much information as possible from the lessons.I would like to say a special thanks for organising Maqraa in the month of Ramadan. As my teacher say, my reading has improved a lot. Of course, there are some minor technical errors, but IqraNetwork always reacts in time and corrects errors. Stay away. When we told them that we want to stop their service. They got mad. They gave all kinds of reasons not to leave them. We reserve the right to leave anytime we like. They have a rule that if we cancel class 4 hours before the class starts only then we get credit for that class. But this rule doesn't apply to their teachers. They just doesn't show up sometimes. For the past few months I think so they were overcharging me. When I told them that we want to quit your service, they told me I paid advance for the classes but they never said they will refund advance money paid for those classes. I told them to keep it. But they never bothered to reply back. Some of their teachers are good but still I would give them zero star because of their customer service.

First and foremost, it is completely unacceptable for any member of our team to express frustration toward a student. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and Islamic etiquette. If you are willing to share the name of the person you interacted with, we would like to conduct a full investigation and take any necessary disciplinary action to ensure this does not happen again, insha'Allah.
Regarding our cancellation policies, we have structured them carefully to respect the time of both our students and teachers:
Students are required to cancel a lesson at least 4 hours in advance to receive credit for that class.
Teachers, on the other hand, must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel. If a teacher misses a lesson without prior notice, the student is automatically entitled to a refund with no questions asked. Teachers who repeat such behavior are penalized, placed under probation, and may face further disciplinary actions.
In relation to your concern about overcharging, Alhamdulilah, our system is designed to ensure transparent billing. All invoices are shared with our students for full visibility. If you would like, we are happy to conduct a full audit of your account to reassure you that all billing was accurate. Please understand that depending on the plan you selected, the refund policies differ:
On a Simple Plan (our least flexible plan), refunds are not offered for missed lessons.
On our Elite Plan (our most flexible plan), students are entitled to up to three refunds for canceled lessons.

We completely understand that this structure may be disappointing to some students if they miss a session, but as with any educational institution, when a time slot is reserved, that time is dedicated and allocated to the student.
As for communication, Alhamdulilah, we pride ourselves on timely responses. If you feel your communication was missed, we sincerely apologize. Please reach out again, addressing your message to the attention of Murad, and we will make sure to assist you promptly, insha'Allah.
Lastly, regarding advance payments, at IQRA Network, you pay for a block of four weeks at a time. We reserve and block your teacher’s schedule in advance, ensuring consistent availability. Depending on your specific plan, cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling credits or refunds.
