Scam

Scam, makes it out as if you’ll make a one time payment for results to a test and then charges €60 for a subscription that isn’t mentioned on the testing page. Complete scam. Also now won’t allow me to sign into an account to cancel this subscription.

Scam

I am writing to follow up formally regarding the charges applied to my payment method and to request a full refund. I have written a review previously accidentally under an email not linked to my account on this website so I have posted another to confirm it is me and I need my refund. They have stated that they have issued a refund and they have yet to

I enrolled in your service based on the clear impression that I was purchasing a one-time IQ test for a minimal fee. Any recurring subscription or ongoing charges were not presented in a clear, transparent, or prominent manner prior to payment. Consequently, I did not knowingly or explicitly consent to a subscription.

As you will no doubt be aware, consumer protection rules require transparent pricing and explicit consent for recurring payments. In the absence of such consent, the subsequent charges are not valid.

I have cancelled the subscription. At this point, I expect:

A full refund of all amounts charged, and
Written confirmation that my account is cancelled and that no further charges will occur.
I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally. Should that not be the case, I will proceed with a chargeback via my bank and submit the relevant documentation to consumer protection authorities.

They scammed me

They scammed me. I paid 0.50p for a personality test then the next morning I woke up to £49.70 being taken out of my account for a subscription that I was not aware of. I have tried to contact them and no response. BEWARE

seems a common issue here , a 50p scam !!

seems a common issue that you pay 50p and somehow you secretly have signed up to a subscription ..I know i checked at the time and i could not see that i had signed up to anything so thought i was good ...just got charged a monthly sub like so many others . No email confirmation welcome , nothing so claerly a scam so will report to the fraud office and will raise with my provider , no help info on the website to make a complaint or faqs ...so here i am to warn others ...unless I get my money refunded ASAP

Definitely scammers- make sure you cancel subscription

100% deceitful and fraudulent. I thankfully saw that there was a hidden subscription by checking the website as they do not tell you at all that you are signed up. Trying to find how to cancel is very difficult too. Total con artists

Took an IQ TEST for 0.50€ then after a month, a 49€ was deducted from my account that I wasn't aware of since it wasn't mentioned when I made payment. A complete scam, and totally not worth it.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! Will tell you their IQ test cost 0.50 eur and charge you 50eur claiming that you agree to a subscription if you don’t cancel within 24 hours. They won’t sent you an email confirmation so in reality you won’t know what you have signed up for until they charge you. Customer service basically asked me politely to go pound sand when I raised this issue with them.
