Great client service and a list of professional success
I have been working with Iqfactory, as writer, since last year. I have to say I never had complaints, that my client service reference (Dorina) was always on time with and helpful with answers.
I worked most in accordance with the clients and their guidelines. I never had problems regarding required corrections. I always could complete the Professor's and clients' requirements, and they never were substantial matters.
Just once I had problems in finding bibliography, as the client didn't provide for it, nor for letting me having the chance to buy some books that could be definitely useful. Also in this case, thanks to Dorina's help, we could manage a solution, convenient for all of us.
I received in all, but one, work the Professor's and client's congratulations for my work.
