It is a scam
It is a scam, it says free but then you pay 2 dollars for the iq test then they secretly charge you 30 a month, the cancel button doesn’t work and they don’t have a number to call (i go a 140 on the iq test, only saying this so you know im not angry about my test results, they probably aren’t legit anyways) once logging out it doesn’t let you log back in even with the correct info, and doesn’t let you reset your password. DO NOT trust this website it is a scam. When looking into the business they are located at “1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan Wyoming” this is literally a dry cleaning place. When calling them they said they have no idea about this website and have no affiliation.

Unexpected Subscriptions Charges
This company will charge you a subscription if you submit a single payment for any test on their website. The contact email does not exist, the “send a message” option also does not work. To cancel, you have to find on the website where it says cancel subscription, they will send you an email, and have you confirm the cancelation. They have already charged me for 1 month of subscription, I doubt I will be able to get that back at this point.

Have the legal ramifications for 'small print' changed?
Scam? Was no indication that a subscription was needed. Paid a small fee for on IQ test. Which I was happy to do. Website build and functionality seems professinal.
I received no email woth receipt or info about login method for any account.
I later examined the information in "my account". Why do I even have an account? Stated, in the "status", that I had an active subscription. Thus was forced/tricked into a subscription.
At least they notify, about the subscription, in a subtle way.
I followed the user interface to cancellation, but my cancellation has not been verified per email.
I wrote to their support email support(a)iq-insitute.org, but it bounced (non existing).
Can I trust that all these positive reviews on TP are genuine?
