This company is charging a lot of money without me ever approving this.

I just made a IQ text of 0,5 $ and afterwards they charged me repeatedly plenty of money.

39 $ + 39.9 $ + 48,8 $ = 127.7 $ and this a few month in a row !!!

Simply a rip off.

Charged for a subscription after IQ test. had to block my VISA. This is what I received after contacting them:

"After verification, we can confirm that this charge was not carried out by our services.

We strongly recommend that you contact the site or service provider concerned directly to obtain further information and, if necessary, report this transaction to your bank."

Don´t use this service.

They ask you to pay 0.5€ at the end of what initially seems like a free test. Ok, fine.

However, couple of days later, out of nowhere, a 47.9€ charge shows up. For what, no idea. Not ok 🤬

Fraudulent! I just accept 0,50€ charge and next day they have make 47,90€ non authorized charge. I have inmediatly reported to my bank and cancel the credit card. I have also contacted the company and waiting for their reply. I am sure I have never accept any subscription from them.

Just noticed 4 monthly payments to HPY IQ Fast. It seems I did click on something somewhere even though I don't remember, as I have an email in June from them, saying I took a test. But how did they get my credit card details?????

Scam. Carefull when sharing your card details.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!! they charge you 0,50€ for the test then keep charging you 47,90€ as a "subscription" Fee... They do not inform you of such thing.

It happened to me too to pay a 0.5£ test and then to have the 47,90£ to pay for the subscription.

When you do the test, there are some questions about a free trial that becomes subscription.

I have been writing to them and they responded quickly and they also said that they have cancelled my subscription and will refund between 5-10 days.

I’m sure this review will help others to get their money back and also to pay more attention on what we agree.

I received a debt of € 47,90 in my credit card, and I don't know the reason of that.
It seems to me a fraud.

I paid €.50 for a terrible test. After a few days they tried to use my card for €47.90. Scammers

Absolutely fraud. I supposed to get my iq test fir 0,99 cent but then I realized I was automatically silubscried 49 euros for other things and was debited without my consent. Avoid them at all cost

Absolutely desperate company complete scammers taking money without letting you know it was coming out I have gotten onto fraud department about them avoid avoid avoid

Absolute scammers! They should be reported. They tried twice in a row to take €48 off my card, after paying a one off 50c (or so I thought) Luckily it was a spare bank card with only a few euros on it. I’ve blocked them since.

Same experience as some other, paid one time 0.50 cents and now lost over 40 euro this month

They try too book money of my debit card and I only take one test for 0.50 € cent and then they try to book 34 € about to book from my account very bad this kind of company's

I have just found I am being charges 49.70 euros every month since last January for nothing no idea how or why.
I have been onto the bank they will only go back 110 days if they agree to reimburse me?

Company trying to take money from my account luckily the cc company blocked it.

I don't even remember what test i took (on Facebook), I only remember paying €0.50 since it seemed so cheap. Nowhere it said it would start a subscription. Then 2 days later boom €47.90 from my credit card. I immediately sent them an email to cancel any subscription and refund me. But it was also a lucky guess where actually to send the email, cause of course I didn't have any confirmation email from them that i did make a payment or made a subscription. I based my search by the description on my credit card statement. Luckily they refunded. But I'm still worried it will happen again next month. This is surreal.
