Their service is horrible. The signal goes in and out constantly - just a circle spinning in the middle of your tv screen. Their website is no more and they have deleted their Telegram account so I can only assume they are out of business.
I signed up for a month’s service and within two hours contacted them to cancel as I chose another service. They took my money but has not returned it. No follow up information, will not answer my emails. A total SCAM in my estimation!
They replied to all my questions in a quick way. Very happy!!!!!!
I initially gave this service a chance but as soon as I made a 1 month purchase the codes wouldn't work. I attempted to reach out to customer service over a period of 6 hours multiple times and never got a response. The only time they responded was when I asked for a refund. Absolutely awful customer service!!!
The customer service experience is second to none. I had a few issues installing the new service. The tech was extremely persistent to solve the issues and eventually all was made right.
