Very poor standard of maintenance, no transparency about costs, failed to repair lift and massively increased fees without providing proper justification.

Terrible property management
They never respond to emails. Lifts have been out of order over a year in our building so people in wheelchairs physically cannot get up floors. Bin area is an absolute state - they hire cleaners but they don’t do anything. Everytime you email they’re either on annual leave or off site and nothing is ever sorted. Last straw was them shutting the carpark and failing to provide any alternative arrangements or information.

Terrible property management company - they have been called out for various unfounded and fictitious charges - which they then have retracted without explanation - at best they are unresponsive and at worst, rude to their clients and highly incompetent.
