satisfying

I found the course to be a satisfying course for an online course. Probably didn't get as much out of it as I could have. This is not the fault of the course though because the opportunity was there for me. If you are interested in photography I would recommend this course.

Course completeion equals confidence

This course was fantastic for me from beginning to end. I have learnt so much. As I have progressed I have realised how much I actually did know and actually how much I still had to learn. I have gained so much more confidence from doing the course and have enjoyed every bit.

Great Course. You'll learn a lot

The is reasonably detailed, but appropriately focused towards modern/digital photography. It's full of great advice about shopping tips for equipment and things keep in mind during a shoot.

A very thorough, yet simplistic explanation of photography!

The course is set up to make things very accommodating. I love that you can work at your own pace. It makes it easy to juggle work and family while studying the course modules. Everything is explained very thoroughly and leaves no questions unanswered. Completing the course left me with a great sense of accomplishment and comfort with my camera and it's ability. I was sad to have it end.

Excellent Knowledge, worth doing!

Excellent course with a lot of information and easy to read and work through modules. Really gives ideas on how to improve photography for both amateurs and more experienced people. My only issue was that there isn't anything about making money from photos and no advice in how to get started it going as a career.

Lovely and informative photography course

I went from being unable to take good photographs to being able to take photographs that made other people think it was from a magazine or calendar. Very happy with the investment and I've gained a lot of confidence in photography now. Thank you.

A long hard slog!

A great course to do, a couple of little things like being able to delete your own photo's & rate others needs to be sorted. But other than that, no negative feedback to be given.

intensive and convienent

I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Highly recommend this course!!

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

Good program for beginners to become winners

My only negative were the last two modules, they were boring lack any kind of energy very boring. Q. why video format ? and if it must be the quality of the presentation must be improve 100%. There should be no mistakes in the presentation.

Iphotographycourse course is so helpful and I love that they give me the confidence to continue to learn and be the best photographer ever

I was glad my cousin recommended I take a course in photography. The reasons I especially like this course, is its online and I can learn at my own pace. Also I have been able to go back and relearn a subject that I need extra help with. I like the exercises and that I am able to get personal feedback on my photos. I like the lifetime membership too. I have so much to learn, but am anxious to learn everything.

Budding Photographers...

This is a great course to help you get started with a career or even just learn about your camera. It gives you in-depth knowledge and advises you on the best ways to maximize your results. I found it inspiring as it gave me new ideas and helped me to see things in a new light. I now understand my camera and am confident in the way I use it. The iPhotography course also gave me extra information to go above and beyond expectations and gives me a lot to look forward to. Although I found some sections difficult to get motivated with (as a didn't do a decent amount in each sitting and therefore wasn't into it or simply the fact that the area didn't interest me) I'm glad the course made me sit through it in order to carry on as I learnt new things. The format was interesting and I was able to screen-shot examples for later reference and I always looked forward to the interactive quizzes.

Good initiation course. A shame that you can not download almost any content

For a course that costs £50 in Groupon you can not complain. Generally the quality of the course is good. Probably too much wording in some units makes them sometimes difficult to follow but, considering that photography is not easy subject to teach, it is understandable. However, for me, it has been disappointing to realize that there was no possibility to download any content related to the units. A key part of any type of course are the handout notes and unit summaries. This is a course that appears to be targeted to casual photographers with other occupations and as a result, limited time to dedicate to photography. With no handouts, it is really annoying to have to go to internet, log in, look for the unit and start watching slides until you find what you where looking for every time you forget something.

So far, so good!

I'm a sophisticated beginner, actually a long-time enthusiast getting back into photography after decades of inactivity. I've completed 2 modules and learned quite a lot so far. Very clear and concise presentations.

I LOVED THIS COURSE!!!!!!

Super easy to follow along with and understand. I've taken a college course on photography and left feeling frustrated and confused. I love that you can do it on your own time and that everyone is willing to help with any questions you may have. I would recommend this course in a heartbeat.
