Two months ago I bought tiles colour full beige,I received them totally different beige with a lot of stains , nothing to do with what I ordered and the sample showed to me is still in the shop.
I complained about it and the answer received is:
"the stains on the tiles are not a defect, but an aesthetic effect of the tiles!! "There is no one comment at this answer .I feel scammed because I received what I never ordered, because the sample showed me was totally different. Now I have to buy again in another place and never again in this shop!!

Terrible service they changed my order and I paid things I didn't need and on the phone they said they don't return items ordered! Is this Europe or not????????? Not to mention the guys they recommend, they are terrible workers, I am going to take this matter further as it is not fair for anyone else to go through all this.

Getting in touch with Iperceramica headquarters was very easy — they quickly forwarded my request to the shop that had exactly what I needed.

We ordered a parquet with rubber underneath, and everything was handled perfectly. The order was prepared with great accuracy, and the material arrived very well packed. Once delivered, we dismantled the pallet and easily carried everything upstairs by hand.

In just 6 hours, we managed to cover 90 sqm, including all the borders.
An amazing result — truly worth the purchase, both for the quality and the overall experience.

Placed an order for 3 items; A shower tray, A glass screen and a shower column in APRIL 2025 with IPERCERAMICA Malta. When placing an order I was informed delivery in first TWO weeks of JUNE 2025.
Tray and Screen did eventually arrived in First week of AUGUST 2025 but without the Shower unit. After another 3 weeks, shower unit arrived only to find it was FAULTY. Company agreed to exchange it BUT REFUSED REFUND. It's now almost end of SEPTEMBER 2025 and still no delivery of an exchange shower unit. FIVE months WAITING for completion of 3 items ORDER.
FIVE MONTHS and still no Shower installed!!!
If IPERCERAMICA cannot deliver in time, can it at least REFUND my money BACK? What's STOPPING it???

Putting the order trought paying for it and receiving the order was easy with no stress...the staff has been very patient and any questions has been answered kindly...would definitely buy in Iperceramica again

The rudest staff I have ever had to encounter especially the man with the bald hair in the showroom of Msida Malta. First and last time ever buying from there they do not inform you that they do not offer a delivery when paying for full beware

Sofia the IPERCERAMICA agent gave us excellent support. Although we are not speaking Italian, she was very paitent and spent the time to explain everything and also to choose the products that we need. We will defenetly come back to that store and look for Sofia to help us in case we need anything

Sent grey instead of sable green tiles and then gave me an excuse that productions of tiles differ. Apparently from green to grey. Customer service is a joke. Tiles are ok but the real difference in these online places is how they respond when they get an order wrong or have a quality issue. This company is not a valid trustworthy trade partner
