I recently made used of ipaymy to pay for my car loan, the staff - Jia asked me for monthly invoice which I don't have because it was a hire purchase and I was only given a fixed card so I took photo of the card to submit it upfront when I make the payment. After clearing this question, Jia asked me why I pay more than the monthly amount, I have to explain I have underpaid previous mth so pay this month. Why do I have to answer so many questions to make a pay out?? I am really puzzled why I cannot pay more amount to settle my car loan, example if I get bonus or I have to travel next mth, I will have to make payment for 2 mths because i am not available next mth, please be flexible for customer to make extra payment!!!! Morever, this is NOT the first time I pay this merchant, please look at customer history before you ask question. Overdue loan payment result in penalty, why hold my payment for so many days due to these irrelevant questions. So so disappointed, Plus there is extra fee for per transaction, decide to drop ipaymy to use cardup instead.

The customer service provided was top notch. The transaction was not successful initially but Jarren from customer service contacted me to resolve the issue. It turns out to be a system issue backend and it was resolved immediately. He was patient on understanding the situation and tried to provide additional service to accommodate me. I was impressed by his level of commitment as it is hard to get this kind of service these days. Good job Jarren!

Poor interface - does not indicate impending payments setup apart from recurring transactions.
Customer service takes 1+ hour to respond on the chat system.

No transparency at all!
Charges an additional $1 Fund Safeguarding fee for every recurring payments and it was not mentioned in fee page.

Lack of customer service
Few of my USA customers can not use the payment gateway to make payment.
When I contact customer service they say tell them to clear computer cache.
This does not solve the issue
I have lost customers because your system does not work well and nobody can solve this problem
