Left parcel in a puddle in a rain storm while I was at home no knock on the door or a message to say delivery would be today. Didn't see them turn up so parcel ended up wet through and the contents ruined

Literally avoid

Literally avoid. Why amazon use these I do not know STOP USEING THEM! Try to track a parcel, it just says pending! Can't give me any details, as if I havnt been waiting 4 days already! just for something so small which may I add amazon updated its dispatch days ago. I will certainly be looking at my next order whom they use for delivery and if it states these, I will 100% not order and find it somewhere else.can't even tell me where my package is hhhmmm

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish- avoid. Why Amazon retailers are using this company I’ve no idea. App Say it’s been delivered today then you get a message saying another 4 days later.

Ticket#1769995. i-parcel or 1Z Tracking Number 21047847552076US I was asking provide a B3 document (Canada Customs Coding Form) from Dec /2019 till now. This is a very common request and UPS clients are asked to get their B3’s quite often. ( Because the Vancouver refunds need that document to pay back us the duty tax) You are not trying to give me a complete response & resolve my issue. You guy said: We don’t complete B3s or provide customs duty drawback documents.  We already provided this customer with their tax VAT receipt/invoice.  Also, this is for personal use, not commercial. We only do B2C business. This’s not a responsible answer, if you guy said that so everyone from Canada buy something from USA, then they don’t like it & return it to the store, the tax was paid so who will give back to them? You? I-parcel? You will pay back us the tax? So if you only do a B2C business why you still delivery a few hundred dollars package? So don’t do the personal order online delivery, just do all the commercial business. You guy is the world wide delivery company but poor customer service.

I-PARCEL IS AS BAD AS IT GETS!!!

I've complained so many times to Amazon and specifically asked them not to use this dead-beat company. The usual operation is to send text messages and tell me and Amazon that Supposedly was a delivery attempt, where in fact there wasn't any delivery attempt at all. This is their way of scheming and deceiving Amazon's customers and more-so Amazon itself because Amazon is the one to give them its business and unfortunately as it seems so far it is also comfortable to Amazon to play along and continue using this dead-beat so-called currier despite the fact that customers complain to Amazon and sites as Trustpilot keeps on showing bad rating to this bad company!

Probably the worst carrier

Probably the worst carrier I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
Amazon must be getting the service for free is the only reason I can think of that they continue to use them, every time I see their name as the carrier my heart sinks as I just know there is going to be a problem and the latest delivery has proved so again. On visiting their rubbish tracking site I learned that I have rescheduled delivery of my parcel from Amazon, given that I have never in my life had any contact with any employee of IParcel this must go down as a mystery to equal that of the Marie Celeste.
Keep your money and your sanity and avoid

I decided to write this after years of…

I decided to write this after years of working with i parcel and receiving packages from them. last few weeks ago I ordered a VERY LARGE box. Not only the shipment information was all tight on schedule, the support representative was VERY SWEET and informative. Finally upon arrival I could not pick up the box by myself and my sons were out of town. The driver who dropped the package, helped carrying the package all the way up to my condo. This is the way you provide good service! I have never had 1 problem with any shipments went through iParcel. THANK YOU!

Faultless over 20+ international shipments

This company has been providing the bulk of my international internet shopping for years now. Each month I seem to get a couple of bits from the USA to Turkey.

I have been able to watch each step of my shipments, all of which have arrived on time or before the stated date. I admit I hadn't really given them much thought - it ran on rails.

It has been the contrast with another company who have been so bad, it's made me appreciate how good they have been.

I simply wish Amazon would let me choose the courier because these are the good guys ( based on 20+ shipments over 2 + years ).

Failed to deliver parcel ordered from Amazon UK. First delivery date 8 April, then changed to 14 April, then to 21 April, but it never arrived and refund now requested. Tracking no.supplied by Amazon not recognised by the parcel service website

After reading the positive reviews on Iparcels, which after post event research I believe must be fabricated, I chose to send a package from Leeds to Wales with them. BAD CHOICE ! I paid for next day delivery and after 5 days of tracking which either read "Out for delivery" or "Delayed" decided to investigate what had happened to it ?

There is no direct contact number, so you either have to leave a message on their web site or write to them, come on in this day and age who writes to people ? The no direct number alone, never mind the appalling service, brings me to believe they obviously get a large number of complaints !

I found out they use contract couriers who don't a monkeys about customer service. You are told one thing by one person, put on hold, transferred and lied to !

I have never left a review on here before, but am sick of companies such as Iparcels offering services they never deliver on ! and really hope people will read this before embarking on the Pantomime service this company offers.

Please Please Please read proper reviews on these people and find out what reviews the contract couriers get. I did this after I had left a package in their hands and my heart sank. I spent hours on the phone and sent numerous emails. I was trying to get a refund ? but their zero contact policy makes this that hard I thought I'd cut my losses and write an honest review to try persuade other would be victims from using this company !

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER !

Unreliable, no customer service

Ordered a parcel to be collected and delivered for next day service. Much cheaper than others but now I know why. Absolute rubbish with no customer service phone no as online only. Have failed on three occasions to collect my parcel so now paying more with a real courier company. Never use again 😱

bad service, no help to customers

I ordered some things on amazon.de market with shipping to Saint-Petersburg, Russia by your service. Here are my parcels' tracks:

It's arrived in Russia on 26/05 and it is still on customs. I've already asked your customer service for five times if you could assist me, what delivery service do you use to ship it to my russian accommodation? What russian track number do my parcels have? Nobody has answered me yet. Maybe you can try to do your work? Try to help your customers?
