I was the next one in line---two of the people pushed their chairs up to desk and left. One came back 40 minutes later. There were workers behind the covered glass but none came out to help --why??? there were apx 14 waiting when I left and still only one worker. He was very nice and knew did his job well

This program is literally a JOKE. Why was I waiting in the cold for TWO hours waiting on my ride to pick me up?

Don’t bother going through hassle of making an appointment! There are 3 extremely slow people working in a 6-7 window facility. A lot of non speaking people who hold up the process immensely!! A joke but the law says you need a license.

If I could I'd give them zero. Terrible customer service. The lady was a complete bltch as if I was interfering with her day when I was on hold for 40 minutes and had an attitude the whole time. I'm not even a Iowa resident so the info they sent me was completely irrelevant, basically perfect example of the US government. Inefficient, ineffective, time wasting, dumbasses.

Butt services I called twice and the ladies were absolutely rude and disrespectful on top of that I should be getting my license back this month but I have to wait another 30 days!. Isnt that great they couldn't even help me with that or the steps to get it back. I think its bs total bs I've waited my time and I need that lisence to work and help my familey get things.

Very poor communication skills from the answering lady. She was very rude and proceeded to interrupt me and tell me I was wrong. She never answered a question, just told me I was wrong and used the word "NO" like I was a dog. She then used my age against me and told me I was not "of age" to deal with this and I needed to go get my father. I am of age and CAN deal with this. I also asked THREE times to talk to someone else but she refused. I WILL NOT be speaking to her again.

The people that work answering questions are rude and condescending , what happen to at least trying to be cordial? They need to provide training to their employees on how to treat citizens, after waiting for 45 minutes to over an hour on the phone, it’s the least they can do.

The DMV worker was great and very helpful. She even helped me with my veteran's status. The computer system would not accept Chase Bank Debit or U.S. Bank Debit. This needs to be corrected. I had to go and find an ATM machine and return to pay for my license. Other than that, the experience was great.
