I was accidently charged twice on my CC but once I got on the live chat they immediately refunded me. I will say I would like to be able to talk to someone over the phone when things like this happen so made me a little nervous, but all should be good once I get my refund.

This is for customer service only as I just placed my order. I tried to add to my order seeing how i just placed it and I forgot an item but I could not find out how to in the website. I reached out ti customer support and was told that they would send me the item for free. No issues, very fast response. I am happy so far and we will see how shipping and item received goes and I will update once I get the items.
