Chris Gomez Went Above and Beyond

I was having questions about the Site, Scan & Repair plans and needed more clarification on what was covered and the differences between the options. While trying to read more information about one of the plans, I accidentally signed up for it. I called customer service, and Chris Gomez assisted me.
Chris was very helpful and took the time to explain the plans so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. He also helped me with two additional issues, including getting access to the back office of my website. He even offered guidance on where to find help for uploading information to my website if I needed it later.
He was patient while I gathered the information he needed and made the entire process much less stressful. I really appreciated his kindness, patience, and willingness to help.

The Customer appreciation rep was great. However, the person that answered the phone on the first level. I found talked over me, didn't listen and I was happy. They sent me to somebody else..
