Waste of time gong through the AI questions. Couldnt answer anything so got passed to Joseph R who was helpful.
Had I just gone straight through to Joe everything would have been great.

Mohamed, was great in understanding my issue with my farther-in-law passing and his closed account and myself taking over the payments so my mother-in-law could continue to have access to her emails, then getting my refund issue resolved.
He kept me fully informed on the process and when he was checking with the back-office team, to support fixing this issue. All sorted and I'm very satisfied with the process and resolution.

Joe was able to understand by issues straight away and deal with them accordingly. Which left me very satisfied as he found the solution to the problems.

I don't fully understand what I'm doing - the agent was able to take the screenshot a friend sent me and sort out the DNS records quickly so that my website will now connect to my domain. It was quick to get through and the agent was patient and professional.

I persivier with tech stuff but this team take the worry and difficulty out of building seamless AI products for customers .It frees up my time and the cost reflects how good the teams are.

Mohammed was excellent. Really helpful and got me up and running with my emails in no time.

I had an account issue and I got through to rob, my expectations were low based on speaking to others in Thier CS team but rob whipped in his cape did what he could and we both ended up happy (it wasn't over that quickly either 😉)

But he really in the wrong game, voice over guy would better suit 🙂

I contacted the customer support team to assist with my email set up once my Domain had expired and reactivated. It was not working and so impacted my communications. The customer rep. Kathleen Pepito was very helpful and spent time on call helping me at each step of the process to get my email set up and working. Great service from Kathleen who was very helpful.
