Reviews mentioning website claiming the 5-star rating seem to review the ionic-care.net. not the .com

I have not recieved a credit on my original payment method; waiting on your confirmation email.

I purchased a wand on 26 th June for $699 USA dollars Austrailan dollars worked out on my visa $1,09 23 I waited and waited it took 4 month and three days to arrive over a dispute was put in by my bank It’s the black one I was so excited to receive it used it the time specified I used it different parts body and on the 3 day of use it started to smell then it smoked I wrote to company straight away a bot call George L answered the emails It kept answering all my emails and stopped answering on the 10th October I have written 6 emails asking Wil I it have a Australian plug as the one I had was USA plug I had right converter as I said it smoked they told me not to use it and would replace it well I’ve waited for replies with no reply like I said from 10th June I have come to the conclusion that I have been scammed I have now asked for my money back I will see bank security that handed all this tomorrow sadly since this people have written in saying it is a scam I only saw the good reports they haven’t answered their emails they sent me all three books about it but haven’t heard since it’s been now three weeks they haven’t answered So sent one more email asking my moneys back one letter that came through said it was sent but it was black out with a water print but just saw words that said it was sent and such a great spiel So I will see what bank says tomorrow also the box it came in was damaged no info inside except it came from Melbourne Nothing was to say
it had to be returned second scam I’ve had I will put it on the scam page on Facebook to be aware for others who may buy even ones on eBay they day no good So very disappointed took a longtime to save up for this wand I have circulation problem

This people are a scam!!!bought their device(too expensive by the way,can get same device for $ 60 at walmart)and try it hoping it would help me with chronic pain but didn’t do anything at all no improvements on my pain at all(it might well be a hair dryer with a blue light)then try to find a phone # I could call and talk to them on starting a return…guess what they dont have any because they know people is gonna be callling them 24/7 asking for a refund on their glorified “hair dryer” that they falsely advertise as a healing device(believe me I tried and nothing happened)so I tried the email they have support &ioniccare.com in case you want to contact them, and they said can’t return it(be advised!)so I email them and they said they don’t accept returns on used items. So if you see their advertisement anywhere they are on telegram and facebook dont know if they are on other platforms but might be as well PLEASE STEER AWAY from them as you will LOSE your money if you dont like their product and want to return it wich according to them you can’t unless you don’t open the box…you been warned from a victim of this deceitful business that will take your money at $699 a piece and run with it…by the way like I said before get this same glorified hair dryer device for $60 at walmart amazon alibaba and other business that REALLY honor and HAVE a fair return policy.So you been warned of this deceitful business please stay away from them if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money!!!!!

After reading the reviews, I was starting to think I was getting scammed. The product took 4 weeks to the day for me to get it. The site may have gotten overwhelmed with orders and my understanding is the restock is coming from China. If I knew when I made the purchase it might take 4 weeks, I would have been more patient. It literally came in today. I see they made some adjustments to the site in that regard.

I placed my order on 5/17/2025. Received a confirmation, an order number and tracking number on 5/22/2025. It is now 6/2/2025 and have not received anything. The customer service is horrible. I believe it is a BOT. You can only contact them via email. When I email them and ask specific questions, I get NO answers except for a short one line response like, "We are very busy, thanks for your patience." I have emailed MULTIPLE TIMES and believe that I am being answered by a BOT. There is no customer service phone number. I BELIEVE IONIC CARE IS A SCAM. BEWARE! I have asked my bank to dispute the order and try to get my money back.
THIS IS AN UPDATE ON 6/16/2025: I have now received tracking info on my order indicating the Ionic Care Device has made it from China to Chicago. Despite the lack of human contact and deplorable customer service, I am now hopeful that I will actually receive the product. In all fairness, I will report back if and when I receive the device.
THIS IS AN UPDATE ON 6/22/2025. I finally received the Ionic Care device on 6/20/2025...so it took a little over a month from China to Minnesota. We just started using it yesterday so it is too early to know if it is going to work as advertised. Time will tell.

UPON ORDERING UNIT I REQUESTED A TRACKING NUMBER, THEY REPLIED I WOULD RECIEVE SHORTLY. NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT UNTIL I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND REPORTED THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MY CREDIT CARD CO.
REQUESTED A PHONE NUMBER TO NO AVAIL.

I was just looking at the ionic care website. They’re claiming that Trustpilot gave them a five star review! Obviously that’s not true! Please investigate them!
