I asked a question about the ppb, and the response was within a very short time. I also told them I lost my bottle on a trip, which I have had for a couple years. (My family members have one too). They sent me a wonderful coupon, however I had already ordered, so they refunded me the value of the coupon (no other company would do that)!!! I love this company and their products.

I had been hearing about the benefits for hydrogen water for at least a year. I had even come across the story of the guy in Japan who was making it with the huge machine. When I saw your "buy one get one 1/2 off" offer I knew it was time to get one for myself and my GF. Now I see why Ionbottle has such a good reputation. Your bottles are affordable and very well designed. I feel the mental clarity, emotional uplift and energizing effect when I drink it. Thank you!

6 months later it smells like bleach.
Paint on the bottom is coming off. The customer service for the company is robotic and non existent. I wasted my money and no longer going to waste my time trying to get any kind of satisfactory response from them. Pay a little more and use another company for your hydrogen water bottle.

I purchased a lifetime warranty for my pitcher and my 1 year old happen to knock it on the ground and it shattered. I had almost forgotten I purchased the warranty and contacted Ion bottles right away.

Franz helped me get the process started on getting my replacement and even helped with changing my shipping address after I realized my old address was selected instead for the replacement order.

I owed the bottle for less than a month before the bottle broke, refusing to recharge. More discouraging still was the odd smell that was emanating from the bottom of the bottle, which permeated the taste of the water. I cannot imagine purchasing another product from this company again and will dissuade anyone I know from purchasing from ionbottles

Excellent product and excellent customer support. I really like my ionBottle and when it was damaged Franz went above and beyond to take care of me and send me a replacement. I highly appreciate a company that will stand behind its products and support its customers.

I reached out to customer service to get my replacement when my ion bottle broke. They were great in getting me my replacement. Unfortunately, my replacement was defective and I needed another one. Sherwin with Customer service was awesome in getting me another one. I am super excited to start using my ion bottle again.

Bottle paint started chipping before the first year. I waited to long to reach out to them and of course it was out of warranty. I feel the product is not of good quality and the paint chipping a healthy hazard. They dont stand behind product.
I would not buy from this company again. they are many other options with better product quality.

My bottle was defective from the second day I contacted the company they gave me excuse after excuse I needed their power charging cord, yes I used their power charging cord didn't charge,
So the bottle wouldn't charge it sat on my kitchen counter for a few months I came home it was dark and the bottle was glowing with a red light, I was dang it woke up. So I plugged in the charger and a few hours the light turned green so I filled the bottle with water so see if of would work. And water started to run out of the charging port.

I love my new bottle! I don’t like drinking out of plastic or metal, so this is perfect. Plus, I’m really looking forward to seeing the difference that the Hydrogen makes.
