I have been using the Ion bottles for…over six months.

I have been using the Ion bottles for quite a while. I have noticed the difference it makes in my overall heath. I have supplied a few to our employees and they have noticed the difference in their health. Just recently I had an issue with one of the Ion pitchers I ordered over a six months ago. I spoke to their support staff (Andreah and Frank), who were outstanding in assisting me with the troubleshooting process. In short, they talk the talk and walk the walk. In plain words, they support their products and their customers. Their actions during this process have gained them, a lifelong customer and supporter of their products.

Water is my beverage of choice and this product has me drinking more than usual. My water tastes different. It's smooth and I can feel my body reacting to it.

I love that it's a short amount of time to have my water charged!

My only downside is that there isn't a cap for the bottle itself, only the filter.

The ion bottle worked perfectly, but it stopped holding a charge. I inquired about troubleshooting. I followed all the troubleshooting tips and was still unable to resolve the issue. The company sent me a new iobottle and just charged me for the shipping. I conducted extensive research before purchasing my ionbottle, and the reviews were excellent. I feel I made the right choice.

Great product and even better customer…

Great product and even better customer service. Company response is very quick, and their resolution of my problem went far beyond expectations. The glass shattered when my bottle fell off an unbalanced table. I contacted IonBottle for advice on removing the glass from the tread. Their concern for glass remaining in the tread and my safety was very appreciated. And they absolutely blew my mind when they offered to send me a new bottle free. I’m so incredibly grateful 💕.

Ok so I had a flag ship bottle lasted…

Ok so I had a flag ship bottle lasted me years and then I bought another one cause mine broke and it's production for what ever reason failed. So I decided to reach out thinking MAYBE SOMEONe will hear me. So I sent an email asking that maybe I could get another base to my bottle cause mine was acting weird. They asked me to upload a video of my problem (within a day I might add) and after viewing my video; a HUMAN reaches out(!) and now ION is sending me a replacement, like, within three days of reaching out! A REAL person emailed me and we talked back n forth about it in a few emails.
Not only are they replacing my bottle they found my shipping without me having to upload a bunch of proof other than a video of my issue. Hats off to this team. There message of clean water shines thru their professionalism and care of my problem. They have made a life long customer out of me by simply showing up. Bravo #ionbottle and thank you for giving a sh*t😚..

The water is CRISP!!

I ordered a pitcher and a handheld water jug. The order came in a timely manner the jug is nice and there is a difference in the taste of water for sure. Its very crisp. My glass pitcher was shattered on arrival but the customer service team responded immediately and will send out a new one. Very professional and polite.

Good Customer Support Response

I ordered my Ion Bottle in Jan 2024 and used it almost daily. In April, 2025, to my surprise, something went wrong with the battery in the base and it would no longer charge. For a water bottle that costs $85, I thought it would last for years. I contacted Customer Support and after a few text exchanges with CS and sending videos explaining the issue, CS informed me that the model I had purchased is no longer available and offered to replace my water bottle with an “upgraded model” for the price if shipping (~ $20.00.) I have not received it yet but I am hopeful that this model will last a lot longer! Thank you to Ion Bottle for valuing my business!
