Truly amazing service and I am very happy that I made the switch. I got a call about my ssl ceritificate from Jimmy and I was having so many issues with my hosting company. They did not care that my ssl was about to expire but Jimmy did. I made the switch to ionblade and the service has been excellent. Highly recommend.

Max is a ROCKSTAR!! Honestly, I hadn't been all that thrilled with the server change to ionblade, but Max has made a believer out of me! After weeks of unanswered questions on technical support issues, Max figured out how to solve the problem. He was committed to a solution, made multiple calls back to me with suggestions, and worked with me (a highly NON-techie person) until I had what I needed. thanks, Max!

Ionblade has been a great company to work with. You can actually call or email and someone there will answer your question quickly. I am so glad I moved all my websites there. And it is considerably less expensive too!

IonBlade is great and I am very happy I switched from BlueHost. The difference you see right away is the level of customer support. You really cant compare the two companies, with Bluehost you call in or get on chat then your on hold forever and once you talk to someone they have no idea whats going on. At IonBlade it seems like whoever you talk to can help and you are never on hold. I can't thank Max and the guys at IonBlade enough for getting my site back up and working again.

Totally AWESOME company, they built my website and now host it. Website cost about $600.00 and monthly hosting is about $15.00. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Had a lot of problems with my old hosting company, I worked with Joe to migrate my website and emails. They worked quickly and help correct some of the problems I had with wordpress.

I have hosted my website's at a few different companies over the years and really like ion blade. Prices are fair but more importantly they have GREAT customer service. I think I pay about $20-$30 less than the cloud service I had previous at AWS. Speeds are faster and have had 0 down over the last 8 months.

The service at my old hosting company was awful and I knew I was overpaying but honestly did not know how to move my site away from them. IonBlade moved over my whole site including the emails and did it for FREE. The service has been night and day which is the most important thing to my business but I am even saving a few extra bucks monthly. Keep up the great work guys!

Had problems with Hostgator, they charged me two weeks ago for the ssl certificate and didn't get it from Comodore or install it. So my site when down for a day. I called Ion Blade and Alex Ruiz started the migration the night it went down and was complete before noon the next day. My website is old and large. That's the fastest migration I've seen. We've been trying to migrate to Siteground for months and they couldn't do it.I'm learning that the host company ratings websites are bogus. Even though I've never heard of Ion Blade, I'm impressed. I've called them several times last night and a live person always answered. I'm impressed with Alex Ruiz and the team at Ion Blade. I'll be moving more sites over.

Used them to design and host my website. Website looks great and they've helped along the way with many other things including email set-up, updating pictures on my website and installing an SSL certificate. Highly recommend them and enjoyed working with Eddie.

I worked with Mark and Alex to switch my hosting over to IonBlade earlier this week. They were prompt to answer my emails, and very friendly on the phone while talking and working thru an urgent issue in dealing with my old hosting company to move my hosting services over to IonBlade.

I first signed on, reluctantly, a couple months back. Alex was so helpful and answered questions with ease. I'm glad I went with this company after such service.
