I really wanted to love this bottle but it failed to be all I hoped it would be.
Upfront, as a drinks holder, it does the job. It keeps cold drinks cold (and although I’ve not used it for such) hot drinks hot. I assume it also holds the stated 350ml, but I’ve not measured it. It’s not leaked on me and its flip-up spout works as expected.
Where it fails for me is on the following fronts. It has a premium price but comes over as somewhat less than premium. It looks, feels and weighs like it’s plastic. Two people I’ve shown it to have immediately said that they thought it was plastic. The paint finish is meh and certainly not premium.
It’s a bit too “fat”. My bad, but I expected it to be Coca Cola can size in girth, but it’s wider (by more than 20mm in circumference) which makes holding it less than as comfortable as I expected it to be.
The presentation is mediocre - No box and just a simple cardboard wraparound label and a sachet of (branded) desiccant inside.
No spare straw or seals, which one might have expected at the price point. On the subject of the straw, in two places on the label it extolls the virtue of the flatter straw and it being anti-wrinkle.
The straw is a perfectly round tube of stainless steel, that I very much doubt would wrinkle even when connected to a motorised vacuum pump!
It’s not even the label being generic - it states that it’s an Urban on it.
Delivery was okay but at least 24 hours later than it should have been.
I’m sorry to say that I cannot really recommend this bottle - There are other similarly sized and specified drinks bottles out there at a more reasonable price.

Good bottle - doesn’t leak but the pictures on both kids bottles have started to peel after a couple of weeks even though washed as advised

I’ve been really happy with this bottle. It keeps drinks properly cold for hours, which is exactly what I wanted for daily use. The design makes it easy and comfortable to drink from — no awkward angles or spills. As a bonus, it fits perfectly in my Mini Cooper SE’s cup holder/door compartment, so it’s become my go-to bottle for driving around. Great combination of function and practicality — highly recommend if you want something that performs well and fits neatly in a car.

No more leaky school bottles and finally a bottle that lasts. I like how I can buy the parts needed instead of replacing with another bottle.
All of us in the house now use these bottles.
My son has swallowing difficulties so the thick straws allows him to drink his thickened fluids perfectly with no struggles. I was surprised that speech and language were not aware of these bottles.
Ion8 you really should promote yourself within the speech and language/Hospital.

Very excited to receive my bottles including the 3rd free one. I chose them because all my grandchildren have them. Bottles have been very successful and as you claim don’t leak and even the youngest at two can easily open it to have a drink when they want I’ve found them especially good to use while I’ve had a broken wrist and ankle and need drinks that aren’t going to get knocked over leak in my bag etc.

own several of these - robust and leak-free. Had one that leaked from new (bought through amazon), emailed Ion8 customer service directly and Inah sourced a replacement bottle. New bottle is of course leak-free and excellent. Highly recommend the steel personalised bottle, that's the one I carry with me everywhere.
