Fast, easy and friendly experience
I can’t remember the names of the people who helped me, but I came in on the morning of Sunday the 5th of July. They were both so incredibly helpful. it was such a fast and easy process to get my new glasses. I am so happy with my new pair of glasses and the pricing is incredible. I would recommend to everyone :)

Brilliant glasses - won’t go anywhere else now
I’ve been an Iolla customer since about 2020 and won’t buy glasses anywhere else now. I’ve bought multiple pairs of glasses and prescription sunglasses from Iolla over the years. I love them! They’re good quality, great designs, and most importantly, a really fair price. I have a high prescription and other opticians usually charge a massive amount for lens thinning. At Iolla, lens thinning is included in the price so you don’t have to pay more for having a strong prescription. For me, that’s the most important point. And the price makes it easy to justify buying more than one pair in different designs. They’re good quality, sturdy and last a long time.
The customer service is great too, both in store and online. They really listen to customers, including about ideas for new frame colours and designs.

First visit to Glasgow store was a warm amd welcoming experience. Beautiful store well layed out and so easy to find beautiful frames from their extensive range .
Within minutes I was guided by staff and found my specs , which were absolutely perfect. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Happy customer

IOLLA failed to deliver my new glasses…
IOLLA failed to deliver my new glasses in the agreed time.
The reason given was the glasses were faulty and new ones would need to be made
You emailed me telling me I would get 20% 0ff of the next order (within two years).
It is very unlikly I will use IOLLA in the future or recomend your service.
I am dissatisfied with the poor service.

Great selection on display
There was such a good selection of frames to choose from. Shop was well laid out with plenty of room to browse and make selections without any pressure from pushy staff. The assistants were very pleasant, approachable and happy to help. New glasses arrived by post within the specified time. Great service.
