Nice selection of frames in the st james quarter shop. Found a frame that l liked and process to order was so simple, and staff were very helpful.
Got the shop to arrange pick up from bruntsfield shop, and their staff were equaly helpful.

Unfortunately my order took a lot longer than the stated timeframe for delivery due to a flaw in the lens which I know was not your fault. Laura and Becky were my point of contact regarding this issue and I can honestly say that the way they tried to help me and keep me informed was amazing, they could not have been more pleasant polite and helpful and in this day and age that goes along way.

Quick, easy, super friendly staff in store (Glasgow - West George St) who were very happy to assist.

In and out in under 30mins, now the happy owner of some brilliant, shiny new glasses. Price was very reasonable.

The staff advised me just to get a reglaze of my existing frames instead of going for a brand new pair.Other places wouldn't have done so I believe.Service itself was pleasant and prompt and very good.

The glasses didn’t sit evenly when they were brought out to me and the level of customer service was very poor. The staff member seemed disinterested and reluctant to adjust the glasses. The other staff members in the empty shop were talking loudly about their weekend plans.

Visited the St James’ Quarter store unplanned during a shopping trip. Really appreciated the customer service - friendly and informative and not pushy at all. Explained I was due an eye test so would deal with that first and then look at purchasing. I booked an appt for that weekend and visited the Bruntsfield store the following day as it was easier for us coming from out of the area and the Fringe being on. Again, welcoming staff who gave a quick run through of how it works and left me to it. The purchasing process was quick but not rushed and I left excited for the delivery of my glasses. They came promptly and I’m very pleased with the quality, will definitely be purchasing another pair!

Trotted in to the Manchester store to see and try on styles. I wanted prescription varifocal sunglasses. Had my presciption from my own optician. Got a great pair, Ramsay. Assistant was excellent, could tell what would suited me instantly, and I knew too. Trusted her compleatly. All measured up and had them sent via Royal Mail once completed. Very happy. Would defiantly recommend this store. Considerably cheeper than my regular high street optician.

Wide choice of glasses
Super price for glasses which would be considerably more expensive elsewhere!
Service in shop very good.
Will return in the future for new glasses when needed!
