I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Inwi, the telecommunication company. Their lack of communication, dishonesty, and utter lack of transparency left me utterly disappointed. I signed up for their fiber optic service, excited for faster internet speeds, only to be met with a barrage of delays and excuses.

First and foremost, their communication was abysmal. I was left in the dark for days on end, with no updates or explanations for the delays. It's astonishing how a company in this day and age can operate with such disregard for their customers' time and patience.

Moreover, the level of dishonesty displayed by Inwi was appalling. Promises were made and broken without hesitation. The terms and conditions were conveniently vague, allowing them to hide behind ridiculous excuses for why it would take a staggering 10 days to activate the fiber. This is simply unacceptable in today's fast-paced world where customers expect efficiency and transparency.

I urge anyone considering using Inwi's services to think twice and look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with a company that clearly doesn't value its customers. Inwi's lack of communication, dishonesty, and lack of transparency are enough to make anyone lose faith in their services. Steer clear and find a provider that actually cares about its customers.

My guess is that it is a fraudulent company, and so far my subscription has not been closed, knowing that I canceled it two months ago and I am currently paying the bill even though I am outside Morocco and I do not benefit from the subscription just so that the line is not canceled because I have connections to it, but when I return, the first thing is to file a lawsuit against this company

This is a robbery, I just put 10 Dh at 13:06 with *2 and got this message
Vous avez recharge 10 Dh. Vous avez 1h nationale ou 1Go d internet ou 7min 30 internationales ou 200 SMS, le tout valable 7 jours.
At 13:42 I lost internet and I made a call it got disconnected at 14:11 10 DH is gone.
Last time I put 10 DH it took 3 days with internet and some calls, unbelievable.

The worst experience I’ve had with a SIM card. I paid 500 Durham at the airport from an INWI kiosk for a month of unlimited data. They never activated the ESIM & when I realised the security guard wouldn’t let me back in arrivals with my luggage to resolve the issue. I went to 3 other INWI stores only to be told I’d have to pay for another SIM.

I wish i can give 0, the wifi cutting since a month ago, and when i get in contact with the support they told me to reset the router, no one came to solve the issue even though i made a lot of claims, finally i decided to stop my subscription with them.

My WiFi internet is cut off and it's been 10 day ,the service is client is so bad one of the worst experiences I've had if there's -1 I would have click it

i could say that inwi is the worst .why?
1-the wifi is so slow and imagine 1kb/s i cant even work with it
2-it keep stop working like 5 times a day for 2h

I wish I could give zero. This is a shame. Wouldn’t advise this to even my worst enemy. You’ll keep receiving the same message literally every 30 seconds about insufficient funds. The internet connection comes and goes when it wants. You could seriously do better

I am using inwi dar wifi and since few months it s working so bad. I work from home and I cannot work with your network I always have porblems with connection is too slow even if i pay 250 dh a month.
You should verify the connection before thinking to move to another provider.

the worst internet provider , i made an account here just to give inwi 1star and i'll keep doing it. all internet providers in morocco are trash tbh but inwi is the worst , i hope the owner of inwi dies choking on d*ck💜💌😘

Horrible service ever in my life!
They are stealing your money. No service that you paid for, no respect to the client at all. At the end 600mad are thrown in a garbage, spent more than 3 hours on phone, visited 3 agencies at the different edges of the city (are they playing ping pong by client?! Or they want to make everything too difficult, to make you exhausted and you dropped all the efforts to resolve your problem?)
AVOID AT ANY COSTS!!!!

Promised the speed between 30 to 50 Mbps, at the reality max 9 if you are lucky. Connection is not stable (works 10-15 min and 2-3 min there is no access to internet at all). Client service = 0, very rude and unprofessional, especially if you are foreigner.

And if you want to cancel the contract, you have to run like a dog also: I went to their office: "No, we just selling, we cannot cancel the contract. You have to call the client service and make 30 days notice". Ok, I called them, being physically at the agency: " No, you have to be at home near your wi-fi, then we will connect you with technical support, they will check something, and then if you are not happy with the results they will take a notice. Then, you have to go to the agency again and physically sign this notice." Are you kidding me?! I am at the agency now! No, this is the procedure.... then you have to pay for these 30 days, and after 30 days since you physically sign the notice (not the day you made it by phone) you have to go there again to bring their router to get back your deposit.

Such company should never exist.
Like you are back at middle ages!

Such a bad experience with inwi
Arrived in Morocco bought a sim and 40 gb of data
Every 3 minutes receiving 3 identical messages informing me that there was insufficient data to carry out this operation
Visited an inwi agency called their client services no useful help no resolution.
Compared with orange inwi s download and upload speeds were severely lacking

INWI reports from the INWI website and INWI store in Mohammedia that I am not eligible for fiber! In the interim, I ordered fiber from the local INWI representative at Bouznika! Guys from INWI, wake up and update your database for fiber! You are losing big sales, and your reputation is at stake!

This company has nothing to offer, serioisly i had some previous experience with their services and it was bad really bad to the point of making you angry than i moved to IAM which wasn't all that great but still a step up and now o mn a vacation i tried their i dar product and it's just rediculous, at best you will get 500kb. This is by far the worst internet service provider ik morocco.

Waist of money. I have a complaint since 25 may. They still can't figure out how to fix it.

Super scam. 50DH they claim provides you 5GB data. In reality they cut you off after around 2GB. There are plenty of reports about this. I discovered it too late. Never again.
