I ordered invisilift, but when I tried them on it didn’t support the way I thought it would. I have large breast and being older in age gravity took a tole. I contacted the company and I was able to return them. Since there is no return number provided I simply returned to the sending address on the package and provided the tracking to Kelly at customer service. Unfortunately I had sent to the wrong address, my bad should have doubled check before sending. She was kind enough to redirect the item at the correct address in order for me to receive my full refund. Thank you for the great customer service and if I find another product in the future I would not hesitate to deal with your company.

This product is a scam. Don’t buy it. I ordered a couple of bras back in December today which is over three months later I noticed a company named Nimbus withdrew $35 from my account. It took serious searching to find Nimbus, is actually invisible lift and in the purchase of my bra it enrolled me in a VIP scam in which they’ve been taking that money out of my bank account every month for three months. When I called customer service it was obvious the customer service call center is not in the United States. The person I spoke with only offered to give me a half refund on my current month charge, I demanded multiple times to speak with a manager and explained to her that what they did was theft by deception by taking this money out of my account and every time I asked the refund got a little bit better finally after demanding to speak with a manager over a dozen times they refunded the entire amount. This should never be allowed to occur. This company is a scam. Don’t buy from here
Their response said it is optional. That is a filthy lie. In fact I went back through their purchase process yesterday to confirm. It automatically enrolls you in this scam. You have no option to not enroll and it is on you to go back in and unsubscribe if you are lucky enough to read the fine print. Further investigation on my part shows I actually purchased the bras last summer so they were scamming me through my paypal account for 7 months. Order number was 143102. You are a filthy bunch of scammers and if you are so honest I expect my account to be credited for August, Sept, Oct, Nov, December of 2025 as well. That is an additional 175.00 you stole from my account.

I ordered one bra. Three deductions came through. I requested a refund for unauthorised transactions. I was basically begged by the rep to accept the unauthorised deductions because I quote "won't be disappointed with their products". After arguing, my money was returned. It's been two months since then, and RANDOMLY 2 unauthorised deductions have gone through on my account. I have not purchased anything, I have no subscriptions. They have stored my card details and done 2 deductions of over $50. Thank goodness I check my statements. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DODGY! I am now, yet again, going through a dispute process and hearing "we're sorry" does not get my time back. Totally unethical and untrustworthy.

The item was not as described. I was very disappointed it did not stay stuck as advertised. The sides and bottom under my breast kept unsticking. For my skin tone straps were not invisible you could see the straps. Overall not satisfied with this product.

Well when I received my invisilift bra ‘ I just put it in a drawer and forgot about it for months. Then when I was going through things I came across it and was like hey I can use this tonight with my backless dress… nope the wire had poked a hole in one of the cups so it would not stick. I reached out to the company and they replaced it even though if had been MONTHS’ even into a new year♥️ thank you so much

I was also charged for some VIP Customer Benefits package for 3 months before I saw the charge. When I called customer service, I was told that there was some random box that was selected at checkout that added this package. I was charged $34.76 for three different months, when I only agreed to the cost of the bra. Now, I'm out $126.74 total for a bra that was only $22.46. Horrible company with shady business practices!

Invisilift took care of a return situation and I had great follow-up! I received immediate attention to my question regarding a return. I was offered a partial refund to keep the product or pay for shipping and return the product. I kept the product for a partial return. I do wish that the website had stated the currency, as this was misleading. I live in Canada, and I had to pay in USD. I lost more money than I expected due to the currency exchange rates, and they are usually higher on a credit card. I still recommend the bras, but be more transparent with the shoppers; it's only fair.

Invisilift took care of a negative situation and had great follow up! I thought it was another scam, and it partially is but not from the company. I got a notice from postal service we had a package. They wanted 17.00 shipping fee to release. This is not company policy, they do not charge shipping, some where along shipping a fake label is put on trying to collect. I notified Invisilift, they reshipped to my home and I finally got my product, It did take time but company stood behind it and made it right. Beware if this happens to you, don't pay post office, contact invisilift. I'm glad to get the product and very happy the company was on top of it.

I have to agree with the other customers. They are scamming people when you check out. I highly advise anyone wanting to purchase from this company that you do not. They will say you accidentally added something when you checked out. This is very unprofessional for a company to be doing this to people who only wanted to try there product. I will never purchase from Invisalign again.

Total scam!! Currency cost is hidden until you make a purchase - it’s in USD.
I made an order, cancelled it, it was sent anyway and it was not ever received. Then they took a fraudulent transaction out of my account for some BS vip membership $34.97 USD. I didn’t agree to any membership or sign up. Just a dodgy practice secretly signing you up.
I disputed it immediately and then it was excuse after excuse to not refund it. Took me weeks to get my money back.
Stay away from this company at all costs!!

Also Scammed. They took more than they should have and accessed my account after my bank had already blocked it. My bank researched this "company" and informed me that red flags popped up with numerous negative experiences by customers who were also scammed! I've had to block my account and rearrange all my direct debits. TO THE SCAMMERS..Don't bother to respond to this with a fake "we'll look into it" comment. Disgusting creeps 🖕 😌
