I paid extra for FedEx 2–3 day…
I paid extra for FedEx 2–3 day shipping, yet it has now been 15 days and I still have not received my order.
After contacting FedEx, I was informed that the package is being held at customs. They also told me that the shipment was sent as a regular shipment and that they have no estimated delivery date.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for expedited FedEx shipping, but the service I received is nothing like what I paid for. Charging customers for premium shipping while sending the package in a way that results in such delays is misleading and extremely disappointing.
I expect a full explanation, a refund of the expedited shipping charges, and a prompt resolution to this matter. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your company.

That said, we take your complaint regarding the shipping method very seriously. We will immediately investigate this with our logistics partner to verify why the shipment is currently held and to ensure the selected shipping service has been correctly applied

On 10 May 2026, I placed an order for two watches on the website. One of the watches arrived, but they never sent the other. Every time I sent an email, I received a reply stating that the order would be dispatched, and today I received an email saying that a refund would be issued. Not only have they failed to dispatch the order for exactly 2.5 months, but I have also learnt that I am just one of hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of customers who have experienced the same thing. I no longer trust this company at all.
