Great watch for the price
Great watch for the price! It looks really handsome and feels high quality. Just keep in mind that the three smaller sub-dials are just for show and don't function, which wasn't stated anywhere. Still, excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Very frustrating to get anything done quickly.Especially in terms of delivery by FedEx was advised of one date ended up being delivered 3 days later! No communication from FedEx about late delivery at all!

Although the final delivery is handled by FedEx, we fully understand that the shipping experience is an important part of your overall experience with INVICTA. We therefore take feedback like yours seriously and will continue to address delivery performance and communication with our logistics partners.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, and we sincerely hope your next experience with us will be a much smoother one.
After 24 days, I finally received my order.
I have not yet received my order.
It was handed to FedEx on the 31 July and although it arrived in Greece 6 August, they still have not delivered my parcel.
FedEx service is a nightmare in Greece, they claim that they received a request for a later date delivery (without specifying the date). I tried to contact them trough the only support way they offer, and when I asked the AI assistant who requested that (providing all my details), the robotic system replied that it could not understand my question.
No communication whatsoever was effected by them, neither to my e-mail, nor my mobile that were included to the details of my order.
They indicated a delivery date for the 14 August, which on that date, they changed for the 17th!
I contacted the Invicta customer's support, who responded fast, but just repeated this indication about the 17th.
When nothing happened that date, I informed Invicta who contacted FedEx, only to be advised that they intend to deliver on the 24 August.
I asked Invicta to instruct them to effect an immediate delivery, which instruction they passed to FedEx, with no effect.
I advise Greek customers to ask for an alternative courier in case they place an order with Invicta, and I will do the same if in the future I place a new order.
I know Invicta watches and I appreciate them, but It is an absolute "No transaction", to be a hostage of this crap courier.
24 August update
ΟΚ, today, after 24 days, I finally received my parcel.
The watches are nice - so I added a star to the buying experience.

From our side, our customer service responded quickly and contacted FedEx several times, including requesting an immediate delivery, but unfortunately the final delivery process remained outside our direct control.
We are, however, very happy to hear that the watches finally arrived safely and that you are pleased with them. Thank you also for adding a star after receiving your order – we genuinely appreciate that.
Your comments regarding FedEx in Greece are valuable to us, and we will take this experience into consideration when evaluating our shipping options for Greek customers.
