Order took too long, and I had to require twice to receive an explanation for the long delay. There was no effort from the seller to notify the delay until I requested it, after waiting for a long time.

I bought my watch about 12 months ago now, approx 2 months ago, the second hand fell away, causing the whole watch to stop.

When I reached out to Invicta, I found that their only repair centre in all of Europe is in the Netherlands. I had to send my watch that had literally fell apart on under a year to the Netherlands at my own expense. The reasons for this became very clear when the provided paperwork wasnt adequate for Dutch customs, and resulted in my watch being detained for 3 weeks before finally being marked to be returned to me. Invicta to all intents and purpose told me it wasnt their problem, and refused to help me contact Dutch customs whilst my watch was detained. As soon as it was marked to be returned I was offered to have my watch sent back to Invicta at their expense this time, and a FedEx courier was booked in. Invicta knew I hadn't received my watch back yet. Chances are I'll never see my watch again, and Invictas entire attitude seems to be that they have my money, so they don't actually care

I was afraid of many negative reviews so I emailed customer service as soon as I ordered online. I was given a DHL tracking number two business days after I ordered the watch. I live in Britain so from order date to delivery at my door took only 5 calendar days. The customer service did reply so it wasn’t that bad as described by other buyers. I will recommend anyone who fancy Invicta watches to buy from them.

I purchased three of these watch Winders to help keep my Invicta watches running when I don’t wear them and of course 13 months after I purchased it two out of the three stop working. It’s not the extension cord plug because I used the plug of the working one on the two nonworking ones and they don’t work.
I called the Repair company and they just Repair watches. They told me I have to contact some Florida Company and I have to pay $18 shipping for each box and then they’ll get looked at and then they’ll give you the cost of Repair but if they’re older than a year. They’re not covered. The winders cost $100 each. I knew that they were inexpensive but I didn’t realize that they were cheap, I now know that they’re cheap.
Very poor reputation for a Watch manufacture who sells very nice low and watches in my watch Collection. These are my cheap every day watches. Even the ones it cost $450. Anyhow Buyer, beware your better off spending the six $700 and Getting a Good Amazon. Watch Winder.

They only thing i recommend is faster service after ordering. Takes to long to recieve the item purchased.

This was my 4th order. Always great service, excellent quality and delivery was updated constantly.

The ordering experience was great, except it took over 3 or ,more weeks to received the order. In the past all my orders have been shipped within the week of placing the order.

I order a watch to give as a present on a certain date. I made a point of ordering it in good time but it was not even shipped before the date. This has to be the most unreliable supplier I have ever dealt with. Useless. Avoid at all costs.

The watches were received in perfect condition. Some were for gifts and some for personal use. All surpassed the quality expected from the pictures, really great INVICTA watches!

I've been ordering watches and some other things from Invicta since April 2025. At first they would ship within several days, as promised, but in the summer it got much worse. The longest wait so far is over 6 weeks for an order of several watches, and still not shipped. Since it takes the Fedex economy ground service they use 5 to 6 days, it would be over 7 weeks total wait, if they shipped today, but I'm not holding my breath. This is the longest time I ever waited for anything ordered from any US-based business, so congratulations go to Invicta. Sort of unacceptable, but there is an easy fix: stop buying if you don't like it.
That said, so far I eventually received all I paid for, and that's a lot of items. They cancelled one watch, presumably out of stock, but I ordered it again after less than three weeks and received it, so they are a bit inconsistent. I don't know whether they have insufficient staff to ship on time, or they have shortages of merchandise or boxes. Sometimes they ship in different than original boxes, but I generally don't care too much about boxes.
In summary, I'm not a kid as so many Invicta customers apparently are, so I'm not going to cry and scream in anger. There is always the perfect and the only reasonable solution available, which is to go somewhere else if you don't want to wait. I'm going to help them with the flood of orders by waiting until, I've received all my previous orders before I order again.

Two months and I'm still waiting for my order, they are criminals

Ordered over a month ago haven’t gotten my order customer service sucks will never shop here again stay away people

I placed an order on 8/28/25. Standard shipping states order will be processed and shipped within 5 days. It is now 9/12/25 and my order has not shipped and I haven't received communication from Invictastores.com saying why or what the problem is. I'm pretty disappointed. This was a combo anniversary/ birthday gift from my wife, anniversary on 9/2 , 9/10 for my birthday. The site does not respond to emails and no one answers the phone.

Terrible store, do not buy online, what a friggin nightmare, purchased 2x watches, they withdrew my funds immediately, company states shipping in 1 business day for in stock items, after a week of no invoice or shipping details I contacted Invicta stores asking for an update, no response but found they had deposited the funds back into my account that same day, I sent an email through their site to query this and again no response, I then contacted the store to cancel the order, a week later (today) I find they have withdrawn the funds for a second time?! The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have again requested they cancel the order but who knows what's going to happen from here. USELESS.
