Delivery took only 10 days from USA to Germany. Shorts and shirts are exactly as described, good quality and feels very nice on the skin. Will buy again and can recommend it.

Order issue
Had an issue with an order I placed a month ago. So I DM’d them on instagram. I got a response on the matter in a very timely manner. Offered to refund a difference in my order or choose another product as well. Was able to correct it and my order was shipped immediately after. Great job and amazing customer service!

I have bought a couple of gym bags and compression shirts. I really like them a lot, they are good quality and actually last a long while. and honestly its the only anime gym brand im willing to buy from again and again. I just recently bought a dragon ball themed bag for my friend, since i liked it so much, i think they would love it.

Ordered beginning of november 2024 since it was a christmas gift. Ordered pair of shorts and a belt. Received a package in JANUARY at the postal office saying i had 75$ fees to pay. On the package it said it had the belt and the shorts inside,only the shorts were in. Contacted them thousand times,to final'y have an answer. Dude tells me he'll ship the belt and all that crap. So i'm waiting..remember this is a CHRISTMAS GIFT and still nothing. We're in february by now. I reach them back cause why tf is it that long. The belt is out of stock. LOL so why tell me you shipped it? Reach them back,tell them i don't want to pay fees again since it's their mistake. Finally received a package 3 MONTHS later with the same 75$ fees that they said the would cover this time! Reach them again,they say it's none of their business. So i tell them i want a refund cause this shit makes NO sense. Disappeared! Not a single answer since then. They have no costumer service it's literally the worst company i've had to deal with.
Products good, customer service is horrible
**BUYERS BEWARE**Their products are great, but their customer service is a nightmare. We sent back and item for exchange- after contacting customer service and followed their directions. We paid the return shipping and sent them the tracking number on our shipment, it was delivered back to them on January 13th 2025 and we STILL have not received the exchanged item (today is Feb. 5th, 2025). The customer service rep keeps saying "we will send your item" but they don't. I have 2 email threads of them stating they are sending the item and will include tracking, but they never follow through. So frustrating.
Clothes are fine—don’t hope for an exchange
I’m giving two stars at least because the items that DID fit are fine and seem to be decent quality. But the customer service was extremely disappointing, so much so that I won’t be buying anything else from them.
Invicta Kuru requires you to pay for your return shipping, which I was surprised by but accepted as a small company. I asked for an exchange on knee sleeves I got as a gift for my partner because they were too small. I cleaned the sleeves gently with a brush as they had gotten dog hair (two dogs) on them and the fabric of the sleeves attracted hair, then followed all the rules Invicta required for a return. I shipped out the package and let them know when it was expected to arrive at their warehouse. They said they’d let me know when it would arrive, but didn’t.
I followed up a few days after when I saw the tracking said it was delivered, only for their customer service team to respond claiming that an exchange was impossible because there were stains on the sleeves and that they were covered in dog hair, which was staunchly false. I replied, apologizing if I missed a bit of hair but that there was no way there were stains considering the sleeves were only tried on then promptly removed and placed in their bag for return. I then asked if they were going to provide anything back to me, or if I was just going to end up with nothing after purchasing these sleeves AND paying for their return. Considering I spent over $100 on their merchandise, it seemed a very small item to not even provide a discount so I could purchase a replacement set of sleeves if an exchange wasn’t possible. It’s been a week and a half since my last email sent and they have not responded to me. Not responding to a customer because you don’t want to confirm your own poor policy/at least apologize is unprofessional and cowardly in my opinion after working in customer service myself for over five years. I was not rude or unkind in my emails, only expressed that I wanted to ensure that I was not going to get any refund, exchange, or discount for at least returning the product on my own dime.
I’m very disappointed, to say the least, as I was excited to finally find a company that sells attractive anime clothing of decent quality. But if I can’t hope to even be treated fairly when something doesn’t fit/work, then I won’t risk purchasing from here again. I’m quite saddened by it.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Ordered my product end of Nov. Did not get any updates from them despite all my emails to follow up. 4 weeks later, they notify me the products were shipped. Products are okay quality. I had more concerns with my product but of course they have not responded and it has been 2 weeks. Good luck if you have any problems. Beware of custom fees as they are very expensive
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM INVICTA KURU. I spent $194 AUD 2 months ago and I got scammed. Don’t trust these guys. They “sent me order” however the tacking shows it never even left America. They told me it’s my problem to deal with not theirs and to contact the shipping company. I’ve emailed the shipping company 3 times with no reply so obviously it’s a fake company. I told Invicta Kuru this but they don’t care and won’t give a refund.
Dont care about customers
After 4 weeks, still haven’t received package. They won’t refund my money, so they get to keep MY money even though I don’t have the products…2 other reputable companies whose packages never arrived were kind enough to give me refunds. This company does not take care of its customers!!

Incorrect items received
Ordered for their Black Friday sale a month ago when my order arrived 3 out of the 4 items I ordered were incorrect I received 2 shirts and the wrong pair of shorts instead of wrist wraps and knee sleeves I ordered, I figured “that’s okay mistakes happen” I reached out to the company and told them what happened they had me send photos and such now they are asking me to send back the incorrect items with no end in sight for actually getting the gear I needed I’m fine sending things back but it’s unprofessional for them to delay me getting my gear massively frustrating
No delivery
Invicta Kuru informed me of the delivery but it was never delivered. They told me to contact UPS. So I did. They told me to contact the seller. I tried contacting Invicta again with no responses.
Solid customer service
Solid customer service, easy return process, pretty solid quality shorts. Def will buy a few more pairs. One suggestion is to have more comprehensive dimensions on the site, especially for performance shorts. Having different body types modeling shorts too.
Didn’t let me down!
I had placed an order for two tee’s months ago and never received it. I called the post office and they told me it was lost in transit and that they would try to help locate it. After weeks I was told it was gone and there was nothing I could do.
About a week ago I reached out the Invicta and told them my situation. They asked for a confirmation email and said they would investigate. After a day I received an email from Invicta and was told they see my package was lost in transit and would issue me my order again free of charge. It only took 3 days to receive it and I’m extremely happy and excited.
Invicta has been my favorite place to shop for anime gym gear and so I’m glad they were able to make me whole again.

Honestly I’ve been looking for a cool stylish anime gym wear and I like the style and everything I haven’t worn it to the gym yet but the material looks a bit cheap and strings where coming off as soon as I got it out of the package. I order two shorts the cloud/curse perform shorts and I love the style. Not sure if all clothing are the same but it is just the materiel that worries me. We will see how long they last but keep up the good work we can always improve

My bag came immediately, probably less than a week. They're starting to get better at sending orders out. Anyways. Besides that the bag looks great. I simply love the box shape so much 🤣 already gotten some compliments at the gym.
