I can say that you are an exception to the ‘standard process’ displayed in the employment sector.
In my case only, 90% + agents never follow through with any form of communication,
I’m ok with that, it’s my first time in the job market for 30 years, however for first timers it would be demoralizing for them.
Some job applications languish for Months.
