I was disappointed when I found out…
I was disappointed when I found out that the boards would only be delivered to the footpath and that no-one at Intrim had discussed how I would move 5.4m boards on my own. Perhaps some advice from those in the know would have been helpful.
The same with delivery. I called the morning of and was told you could only give me the 3 hour window. The person I spoke with did not let me know I would receive a text 20 mins prior to delivery. That would have been immensely helpful.
The gentleman who delivered the boards was kind enough to help us carry them into the garage.
So, I think a little more help and communication would be great. Majority of customers probably haven't dealt with skirting boards before.

Quality products, huge variety of profiles and designs to cater for all styles and great customer service. Have used Intrim in the past on projects and will continue to use Intrim for all my fix out and wainscotting projects. Highly recommend Intrim .

Excellent communication and prompt and informative info both online and with staff.
Great delivery experience.
Only downside is you are still using MDF for floor mouldings - a really 2nd rate product I would definitely 'off' this
I have had a couple of project homes built 3 yrs ago and rented out to excellent tennants and already the MDF is failing.
PLEASE do NOT use this stuff.

Thanks for the feedback Peter. We definitely recommend FJ Pine for skirtings, however MDF is offered as an option as some customers prefer using it.
