Good customer relations
Then engineer worked on the boiler quite hard to replace the old piece with newer one. Customer relations were good, quite informative and interested from scheduling the appoinment to the post-operate. They followed how the things are working after the replacement.
One thing to loose one star was the engineer not to wear his mask when he arrived. We gave one to him and he wore it - except the times he forced himself to deal with boiler operation.
